    • CHONBURI, Thailand -- Sergio Garcia finished with back-to-back birdies to shoot a second straight 7-under 65 Saturday and seize a four-shot lead after the third round of the Thailand Golf Championship. Air Max 270 Outlet . Garcia had eight birdies overall to go with a lone bogey on the fourth to move to an 18-under total of 198 at the Asian Tour event. "I was able to hit some really nice shots and then was able to roll two or three really good putts in and it was nice to be able to finish birdie, birdie on this difficult finishing stretch," Garcia said. Henrik Stenson also shot a 65 to sit tied for second with Anirban Lahiri of India (67). Justin Rose, who shared the overnight lead with Garcia, only managed a 70 to fall five shots back. Garcia raised some eyebrows by playing with his girlfriend, Katharina Boehm, as his caddie this week, but the partnership seems to be working just fine on the golf course. The Spaniard, though, did joke that Boehm was holding him back. "I think if she will not be on the bag it would probably be like 25 under," said Garcia, who had a hole-in-one on Friday. "No, seriously, its great to have her around, forget about having her on the bag this week. Just a very positive person, a lot of good energy, thats what I love about her, and its great to be able to go through this with her. I think the experience, not only for me but for her, Im sure is interesting and a lot of memories." Stenson, the hottest player in golf over the second half of the season, had a bogey-free round to put himself in contention. Having become the first player to win both the FedEx Cup and the European money title this year, Stenson certainly looks like the biggest threat to Garcias chances of winning a first title of 2013. "That was a good day, definitely was the best I played this week," Stenson said. "Made some good birdies and some really good saves to keep the momentum going. ... I saw Sergio, he finished with two birdies to pull away four ahead again, so its going to take some golf to catch him tomorrow. I know hes desperate to get his hands on a trophy, hes played well this year but has not managed to win anything. Ill try to challenge and see what happens." Air Max 270 Scontate . That still leaves a big hole. You dont replace the leadership, defensive co-ordinator Billy Davis said. You just dont. Leadership is something that is earned over time. Air Max 270 Saldi . -- The NFL Players Association wants to determine if the Tampa Bay Buccaneers leaked information about quarterback Josh Freeman being in the NFLs substance abuse program.CLEVELAND -- Nothing comes easy for the Cleveland Indians these days. The Indians cruised into the ninth inning with what seemed a comfortable lead Tuesday night, but had to hang on for a 4-3 victory over the Baltimore Orioles. Ubaldo Jimenez pitched six shutout innings while Yan Gomes and Asdrubal Cabrera drove in two runs apiece, before Chris Perez finally slammed the door in the ninth after allowing the Orioles to get back in the game. Perez, pitching in a non-save situation, got into immediate trouble. Singles by Nick Markakis and J.J. Hardy started the inning before Nate McLouths three-run homer on a 3-2 pitch cut the lead to one. The crowd of 9,962 -- and just about everyone else in Progressive Field -- got a little nervous, including Jimenez. "I was a little worried," Jimenez said with a laugh. "It was getting kind of close, but Chris got back to his old ways after they scored those three runs." Perez struck out Brian Roberts and Manny Machado before facing Chris Davis, who leads the majors with 47 home runs. Davis hit a ground ball to second baseman Jason Kipnis, who was playing in shallow right field, for the final out of the game. Perez pleaded no contest and was convicted of misdemeanour drug abuse Tuesday for marijuana shipped to his home in the family dogs name, an incident that took place in June. Despite the fact Perez appeared in court earlier in the day, Indians manager Terry Francona didnt hesitate to use his closer. "I actually thought he threw the ball pretty well," Francona said. "He got the ball up to McLouth, but for the most part I thought he threw the ball pretty good." Jimenez (10-9) has allowed three earned runs or less in eight consecutive starts. The right-hander held Baltimore to four hits and worked out of a bases-loaded jam in the sixth. "He goes out there and gives us six shutout innings against that lineup," Francona said. "Thats exciting." Gomes two-run double was the key hit in Clevelands sixth. Cabrera had sacrifices flies in the fourth and sixth. Orioles starter Chris Tillman (15-5) allowed four runs in 5 1-3 innings. The right-hander has one win in his last six starts. Both teams are battling for the second wild card spot in the American League. Baltimore entered Tuesdays play two games behind while Cleveland was 3 1/2 games off the pace. The Indians, who had lost six of seven, needed some good news. Justin Masterson, the teams No. 1 starter, willl miss at least one start because of a strained left oblique. Air Max 270 Prezzo Basso. The right-hander could be out the rest of the season. "We did a lot of good things tonight," Francona said. "We played a nice crisp game. Thats how we have to play." The Indians are 14th in the AL in attendance despite the fact theyre contending for a playoff spot. Mondays game drew a crowd of 15,020. "Of course we notice," Jimenez said of the teams attendance. "Its definitely not the same when we have a big crowd, but what can we do? We have to go out there and compete." The Orioles loaded the bases in the sixth on a single and two walks, but Jimenez retired Michael Morse on a tapper to the mound to end the inning. Jimenez went 1-4 in August despite a 3.10 ERA while receiving a total of seven runs of support. He had dropped four of his last five starts. Jimenez, who struck out four, has recorded 32 strikeouts in 24 2-3 innings over his last four games. "Jimenez was as good as anyone in baseball three or four years ago, and it looks like hes got his velocity back," Orioles manager Buck Showalter said. "He was really crisp with his changeup and his fastball was working for him all night." Cabreras sacrifice fly gave Cleveland the lead in the fourth after Kipnis and Carlos Santana walked to start the inning. Santana led off the sixth by drawing another walk and took third on Michael Brantleys double into the left field corner. Cabreras second sacrifice fly scored Santana and Gomes double later scored Brantley and pinch-runner Matt Carson. The Orioles, who are 3-5 on a nine-game trip that ends Wednesday, are 8-12 since Aug. 12. NOTES: LHP Zach Britton, called up from Triple-A Norfolk on Monday, will start for the Orioles in Wednesdays series finale. The other five starters will be moved back one day. ... • The Blue Jays had some pressing needs in the off-season, including two starting pitchers and possibly a second baseman. Ecco Outlet Italia . They decided to put their faith in Ryan Goins at second and either through budgetary constraints or trades that fell through were unable to get the needed arms. Still youve got to give Alex Anthopoulos credit for some of his bargain basement pick-ups that have shored up the Jays in a couple of areas. Lets start with Juan Francisco, who was picked up on waivers from Milwaukee in April. Though not nearly the third baseman Brett Lawrie is, his presence and bat have allowed skipper John Gibbons to shift Lawrie to second, at least for the short term, to give the Jays a stronger all-round lineup. Francisco is hitting .292 and is nearly halfway to his career high of 18 homers of last season. Hes slugged eight so far with 19 runs batted in. Hes also insurance at 1B and DH if Adam Linds back acts up again. Steve Tolleson was signed as a free agent back in December to provide some middle infield depth. On the days, Lawrie is at third (mainly against lefties), Tolleson has done a solid job at second, and even showed a flare for pitching in that 15-4 blow-out loss to Cleveland last week. His presence also allows for more developement time for Goins in Buffalo. Dioner Navarro has been a big upgrade behind the plate over J.P. Arencibia and has developed a great chemistry with lefty Mark Buehrle, whos off to the best start of his career at 7-1 with a 2.11 ERA. Navarro, who was signed as a free agent in December, has also knocked in 17 runs. Erik Kratz, who shares the back-up catching role at least for now with Josh Thole, helped guide Drew Hutchison through the best start of his career Friday night at Arlington in a complete game 2-0 victory over the Rangers. Kratz, who came over from the Phillies along with reliever Rob Rasmussen for reliever Brad Lincoln, keyed a two-run rally against Texas with a bunt single. Hes also shown a little pop in his limited role with two home runs. Another bargain pick-up who might have an impact is 25-year-old Australian-born righthander Liam Hendriks. With Marcus Stroman returning to Buffalo to hone his abilities as a starter, Hendriks is the odds-on favourite to be called up and fill the vacant spot in the rotation on Saturday against Oakland. Hendriks, who went 2-13 with a 6.10 ERA in brief stints with Minnesota, went through a whirlwind two months in the off-season. He was claimed by the Cubs from Minnesota, then by the Orioles and finally in February, the Blue Jays picked him on waivers. He has been off the charts good with the Bisons, going 5-0 with a league-leading 1.48 ERA. Hes also walked just three batters in just over 48 innings. Hes also pitched into the seventh inning three times in his seven starts. So as disappointing as the Blue Jays off-season was in terms of a lack of big-name pick-ups, it clearly wasnt a total loss. Update From The Minors The immortal Cy Young pitched well into his 40s and when he ultimately retired, he said it was nothing to do with his arm. He said he had plenty of pitches left. It was his legs that wouldnt take the rigors of pitching anymore. The same thing may be happening with the beleaguered Ricky Romero, who had stem cells injected into both of his knees back in October. But he told the Buffalo News he still has good days and bad days with his knees and, although he wasnt making excuses, that might explain why his control is getting worse instead of better. On Friday, Romero walked a Bisons franchise record of nine in just two-2/3rds innings in what became a 4-1 loss to Gwinnett at Buffalos Coca Cola Field. In his last four starts, Ricky has walked 24 batters. Hes leaving the team for a few days to go back to California for his younger brothers college graduation at Long Beach State. Hes hoping to rejoin the Bisons this weekend in Louisville, but hoping to is the operative phrase. Anthopoulos told the Buffalo News that numerous options are being concidered, including sending Ricky to Double A New Hampshire, or maybe even extended spring training in Dunedin, or possibly even putting him on the disabled list to deal with his knee issues. Kyle Drabek hasnt exactly turned it around at Buffalo, either. He also pitched in that doubleheader on Friday ande didnt walk anyone, but gave up eight runs, six earned on 11 hits in five innings in a 9-3 loss in the second game of the twinbill. Lefty Sean Nolin, who pitched briefly with the Blue Jays last season, might have been a call-up candidate, but hes on the disabled list with a groin strain retroactive to May 14th. Not Missing a Beat You might have thought the Tigers might stumble a bit this season in the wake of the retirement of skipper Jim Leyland and the Prince Fielder trade to Texas. Not at all. Theyve won six in a row and have the largest division lead in the Majors at 6.5 games over Kansas City. They just finished sweeping a three-game series at Fenway and havent missed a beat under new skipper Brad Ausmus. Ian Kinsler, who came over from Texas in the Fielder trade, is doing a stellar job out of the lead-off spot and is hitting .315. He went 4-for-5 Sunday against Boston. An unsung hero for Detroit is suddenly heathy as DH Victor Martinez is hitting .331 with 10 homers and 25 runs batted in. Hes hitting clean-up right behind Miguel Cabrera and helping  Detroit to the best road record in the Majors. All About Timing The Blue Jays might be hitting Boston Tuesday at just the right time. The defending World Series champions have dropped four in a row and have fallen to 20-23, fourth in the AL East, two games back of the Blue Jays. An odd stat, no team in the American League East has a winning record at home, heading into Week 8 of the season. The first-place Yankees have the best mark and they are only 11-11. To take that a little farther, only two teams in the other two divisions have losing records at home: Seattle and Houston. Miami has the strangest home/road splits. They have a Major League best 17-5 record at home, and a Major League worst 6-17 record on the road, for a total record of 23-22, the same as the Blue Jays. Ecco Outlet Online . 98 jersey in a game yet, and already its a big seller. Ecco Scarpe Scontate .Y. -- Phil Jackson lost out on his preferred coach, but hes working hard on keeping his star player.WASHINGTON -- When he found out he was getting his first start in seven weeks, Michal Neuvirth felt the same way he did before his NHL debut. Anxiety. Nerves. Butterflies. That first start, five seasons ago, went well for the Washington Capitals goalie and so did Fridays game against the Toronto Maple Leafs as he made 32 saves in a 3-2 victory. "I was nervous, couldnt really sleep before the game," Neuvirth said. "I was feeling like I was as nervous as my first NHL game. My girlfriend told me just do what you do and try to be good." Neuvirth was just that, giving up just two goals, both on deflections. In his first NHL game, Neuvirth had 31 saves in a 5-1 victory over Tampa Bay. "I thought he played a great game, I really did," Washington coach Adam Oates said. "First period, I think he had some shots that allowed him to get into the game, which is good for him. After the second goal, he made a fantastic save that saved the game for us." Neuvirths work paved the way for Joel Ward to score the go-ahead goal with just over 8 minutes left in the third period, and Alex Ovechkin added a goal and an assist. Nicklas Backstrom also scored as the Capitals won on back-to-back nights for the fourth time this year. It was the fourth straight loss for Toronto after a 3-2 victory over Detroit on Jan. 1 in the Winter Classic, and the Maple Leafs have been outscored 21-7 in the defeats. James Van Riemsdyk and Phil Kessel each had a goal and an assist. Coming off a 6-1 loss Thursday night at Carolina, Toronto saw some positives in the defeat. "This might be one of the better games weve played in a month. We showed desperation. We showed that we care," coach Randy Carlyle said. "Weve been begging, pleading, kicking, kissing, whatever we can do to try and find a way to play with some confidence. It seems like weve squeezed our sticks here. Its mind boggliing. Ecco Scarpe Outlet. " Kessels team-high 21st goal gave Toronto a short-lived 2-1 lead in the third when his shot went off the stick of Washington defenceman Karl Alzner and over the shoulder of Nuevirth. The Caps got the equalizer in similar fashion with 15:24 left as Backstroms severe-angle shot went off the skate of Maple Leafs centre Jay McClement and past Jonathan Bernier (32 saves) for his 11th goal. "A little lucky," Oates said. "Their second goal, Alzy breaks a stick on that deflection. A little lucky, so were even." Wards winner, his 13th of the season, came with 8:10 left, 6 seconds after Toronto had killed a penalty, as he fired a slap shot from 15 feet out on a pass from Marcus Johansson. "I was a little upset at first cause the way it kind of came off my stick," Ward said. "But I kind of got enough to actually go in." After that, Neuvirth kept Washington in command, making his final save with 12 seconds left. The last time the 25-year-old was set to play for the Capitals, on Nov. 29, he suffered a leg injury in warmups. He had not suited up for a game since. With the Caps playing their second of five games in a span of seven days, Braden Holtby struggling and rookie Philipp Grubauer coming off a taxing 4-3 win Thursday night at Tampa Bay, Neuvirth made his first start since Nov. 22. In the absence of Neuvirth, Grubauer (6-2-3) emerged as perhaps the teams most reliable goalie, prompting Neuvirth to request a trade last month. "Ive been watching a lot of hockey from the press box," Neuvirth said. "I havent seen the puck for some time. Probably would be tough if I get scored on in the first couple minutes, but I didnt want to think about it." NOTES: Washington D John Erskine had an eventful second period, drawing a pair of penalties for fighting. The scraps were against Cody Franson and Colton Orr. Cheap Hoodies From China Discount NFL Shirts Cheap NFL Jerseys Authentic Cheap NFL Jerseys China Wholesale China Jerseys Wholesale Jerseys From China Cheap Jerseys Cheap Jerseys Fast Shipping China Jerseys Stitched Jerseys ' ' '

    • MUNICH, Germany -- Slovakian qualifier Martin Klizan defeated top-seeded Fabio Fognini 2-6, 6-1, 6-2 in the BMW Open final on Sunday for his second ATP World Tour title. Nike Dunk Shoes Online . Klizan left centre court briefly due to apparent stomach problems in the first set, but he rallied despite appearing to labour with continued difficulties to win in just under 90 minutes. He is the first qualifier to win an ATP World Tour title since Nicolas Mahut won the Topshelf Open in the Netherlands in June. The 24-year-old Slovakian had lost his last three meetings with Fognini but he defeated the 15th-ranked Italian in his only previous final, at St. Petersburg in October 2012. The 111-ranked Klizan defeated defending champion Tommy Haas in Saturdays semifinals, having already seen off the third-seeded and 2010 champion Mikhail Youzhny, as well as Denis Istomin - who knocked out two-time former champion Philipp Kohlschreiber - and Dudi Sela. "Hopefully hes doing better now than he was during the match," Fognini said in comments reported by news agency dpa. Asked if he thought Klizan had put on a show to throw him off, Fognini replied, "I think so. Lets see how many matches hes won in this manner at the end of the year." Discount Nike Dunk . Whatever message Wilson was trying to send, the Hoosiers got it. DAngelo Roberts scored on a 3-yard touchdown run with 22 seconds remaining and Nate Sudfeld passed for 252 yards and a touchdown to help the Hoosiers upset the 18th-ranked Tigers 31-27. "Weve been talking about how weve been knocking on the door and now you have to knock it down," Wilson said. "We kept tapping on it and hadnt knocked it down." After giving up 10 consecutive points to Missouri in the fourth quarter, the Hoosiers (2-1) travelled 75 yards on six plays to reclaim the lead for good. Tevin Coleman ran 44 yards to the Missouri 15-yard line to setup the game-winning score. Indiana extended its final drive thanks to a pass interference penalty on Missouris John Gibson on fourth-and-6 at the Hoosiers 29. Sudfeld attempted to find Dominique Booth across the middle of the field, but Gibson wrapped his arms around the receiver before he could make the catch. "You have a bad taste in your mouth," Missouri linebacker Michael Scherer said. "This should have never happened, but it did, so weve got to rebound and weve got to work. Thats all there is to it." Indiana entered the game as a double-digit underdog, having lost 45-42 to Bowling Green, but recorded 11 tackles for loss, hamstringing Missouri for most of the first three quarters. The Tigers finished with 498 total yards, including 145 in the final 15 minutes. Missouri looked to be in prime position, too, after Andrew Baggett kicked a 40-yard field goal with 2:20 remaining to cap an 11-play, 70-yard drive for a 27-24 lead. The score followed a 1-yard touchdown pass from Maty Mauk to Sean Culkin 11 minutes earlier to tie the game. "When was the last time we faced adversity?" Mauk asked. "Obviously, you dont want that, but were going to bouunce back and I have no doubt everybodys going to get healthy and were going to come out ready to play Saturday. Nike Dunk Shoes Clearance. " Mauk completed 28 of 47 passes for 326 yards, two touchdowns and an interception and Russell Hansbrough added 119 yards on the ground on 10 carries. The Tigers (3-1) play at South Carolina next week to start a stretch of eight consecutive games against Southeastern Conference opponents. Hansbrough provided sparks for the Tigers in the opening half after walking off the field gingerly on Missouris second possession after Indianas Antonio Allen committed a horse-collar tackle. He then gained 111 yards on his first three carries, including 68 yards on a touchdown run to tie the score at 14 midway through the second quarter. The Tigers struggled to contain Coleman, though, without defensive end Markus Golden, who injured his left hamstring midweek in practice but is expected to return next week, coach Gary Pinkel said. The senior defensive end has 6.5 tackles for loss and four sacks this season. Coleman opened the games scoring with a 1-yard run 10 minutes into the game, extending his streak of reaching the end zone to 12 games and tying the school record set by Anthony Thompson in 1988-89. The junior finished with 132 yards on 19 carries despite sitting the final 20 minutes of the first half with cramps, Wilson said. He returned during the Hoosiers first drive after the break. "It was a really big win," Coleman said. "We came out here with fire. We played until the end." Indiana gained 493 total yards, 77 short of their season average, and finished just 1 of 14 on third-down conversions. While there are things to fix, a win against an SEC opponent nonetheless provided some enthusiasm heading into Big Ten play against Maryland. "We aint got nothing figured out," Wilson said. Well see how we show up next week." Cheap Hoodies From China Discount NFL Shirts Cheap NFL Jerseys Authentic Cheap NFL Jerseys China Wholesale China Jerseys Wholesale Jerseys From China Cheap Jerseys Cheap Jerseys Fast Shipping China Jerseys Stitched Jerseys ' ' '

SIHH 2019: SKELETON X as well as FREAK X Novelties through Xploring Ulysse Nardin

X marks the actual highlight of Ulysse Nardin's two neXt watches.

The statement functions have produced a lot of buzz in SIHH. Brands show up every year at the show, exhibiting provocative (sometimes prototype) products, and then, after getting the required buzz, continue to do everyday living for the rest of the year. But not Ulysse Nardin! Le Locle watch manufactures produce innovative, forward-looking as well as pornographic works throughout the year.

Last year, I saw Voyeres and Freaks gathered with each other to seduce the spirit and senses. Ulysse Nardin's FREAK series takes the making of watch boundaries beyond traditional best practice norms. Innovative materials such as si balance wheel and ultra-lightweight titanium are the main items of the brand. For 2019, Carbonium for aircraft-grade aerospace solid carbon is joining the particular ranks. swiss DeWitt ACADEMIA Replica watches

For 2019, By marks this, and if typically the brand's new motto is actually any sign, then with regard to Ulysse Nardin, this will be an extremely extreme year. " Back button means any unknown, unspecified or variable factor. Times like Xploration, Xtraordinary, Xcess, Xperience, Xcitement, Xtreme and also CompleX, " according to the brand name.

      FREAK A.

The new FREAK By does not have any " access level". It has all the details of the FREAK series, and so forth. By adding time to the overhead, the usability is improved, that is a considerable improvement over FANATIC VISION, which used to change the time of the rotating frame. 3 Hz. The traveling carousel movement is still in the middle of the watch.

At first glance, the new FREAK Back button is not completely different from final year's model. The 2019 version is an all-black banquet with updated features which improve usability and legibility. The brand calls FREAK Times the " little cousin" of the FREAK series. The actual entry price of $21, 000 makes FREAK X a really attractive purchase for enthusiasts looking for technical and visually exciting timepieces.

To be able to manufacture FREAK X, Ulysse Nardin merged their 2 manufacturing calibers UN-118 along with FREAK VISION UN-250 to produce the UN-230 movement regarding FREAK X. The layout from the automatic movement is very much like FREAK VISION. However , along with 72 hours of reserve of power and higher availability, NUT X will definitely not keep anything behind. Hublot BIG BANG SANG BLEU Replica Watches price

The FREAK A series also reduces the dimensions of the case, which makes us ideal for small athletes. The 43 mm case (previously 45 mm) has 4 different materials, titanium, rose gold colored, black DLC or ultra-lightweight carbon. It is definitely really worth a part of Xploring.

      SKELETON X.

In case FREAK X further forces the limits of modern watchmaking, the brand new SKELETON X takes skeletonization and transparency to a brand new level. Here, we discovered a completely hollow movement, that is completely the X factor associated with Ulysse Nardin.

X-ray images are the primary of Ulysse Nardin's advertising activities for SKELETON By and are well-founded. Watchmakers frequently hide defects and problems behind various screws, connections and motherboards, but not Ulysse Nardin. For SKELETON Back button, the focus is on every detail that make Ulysse Nardin an incredibly interesting product. www.topswisswrist.com

The decreased size of the case is forty two mm, which continues often the downsizing of the X-Series. Taking a look at the design of the bridge, you can observe a very clever geometry. Times is formed by a shape catalog that is gathered together within a rectangular manner, which is open for use to form an X form. By using contrasting materials based on a finishes, readability is improved whilst still pushing the limitations of the skeleton.

Using SKELETON X once again, we saw that the motion design occupied the center of the positioning. The UN-371 movement regarding SKELETON X is a modified version of the UN-171 movements. Lightweight sports materials, such as nickel flyweights and small , and stable micro-fires, can be viewed with the sapphire crystals on the top and back of the various situation materials. In addition , the 96-hour power reserve is the icing within the cake. cheapsalewatch. com

Last but not least, SKELETAL SYSTEM X also uses fresh materials. Available in four circumstance materials, titanium, titanium, dark DLC, rose gold and the brand-new Carbonium GOLD. As you can see within the image, Carbonium GOLD is really a bold material, intertwined together with gold fibers. It's a awesome effect to see the combination of carbon's natural fibers and gleaming gold.

Bilodeau took gold medals at both the Sochi and Vancouver Winter Games, making him the only freestyle athlete to win back-to-back Olympic titles. Kingsbury took silver in Sochi last month, and has won the Crystal Globe the last two seasons. On the womens side, Olympic champion Justine Dufour-Lapointe of Montreal trails American Hannah Kearney by only five points in the world standings. Kearney has won four FIS moguls World Cup titles, including the last three seasons. Wholesale Air Jordan 1 Uk . "It is exciting that our Canadian athletes are starting to arrive at the Games Village," said Chantal Petitclerc, Canadas Chef de Mission.PINEHURST, N.C. -- The number on the scorecard was the same as Thursday but Graham DeLaet definitely felt as if he played much better at the U.S. Open on Friday than a day earlier. The Canadian, who used 75 strokes to get around Pinehurst No. 2, took 14 of those on just two holes, recording a triple and a double bogey. He also added a penalty shot on a morning that simply didnt go his way. Even with all that adventure and some visits to the newly added native areas, he walked off the course feeling not too badly about his play. "Im not even really disappointed because I felt I was in total control of my game all day," he said. "Three balls in that natural rough and twice I couldnt get a club on it and I made a triple and a double and the other time I went to move some debris next to my ball and my ball moved and that cost me a stroke. Other than that I played well all day." Thats the U.S. Open. So hard to make birdies, so easy to make doubles. DeLaet started his day on the right note, making his first birdie of the competition on the third hole. He cancelled that out with a bogey at six, when his approach shot came up short of the putting surface and he wasnt able to get up and down. On the eighth, however, disaster struck. DeLaets tee shot sailed left and ended up in a troubled lie against some wiregrass. His second to the green also went left and ended up in another almost impossible lie. He hacked it out and the ball ended up behind a tree, so he took an unplayable then chipped it over the green. He lobbed his next shot to 20 feet and, of coursse, dropped the putt for a triple. Cheap Air Jordan 1 Uk. Two holes later, another errant drive led to a double as he scrambled around the green, and a hole after that, he incurred the penalty. "I guess its a little disappointing," said DeLaet. "Coming in, I didnt expect to miss the cut. But at the same time I feel like I played well and a lot better than my score but thats the U.S. Open and Im packing." This was DeLaets first time teeing it up in the American championship and the learning curve is steep. Its also the third straight major in which hes failed to make it to the weekend, something thats frustrating for 32-year-old. "I feel like my game should be suited for tough golf courses," he stated, "but my record hasnt shown that quite yet. "Theres a lot more to [the Majors] than golfing your ball. There are all the outside distractions and the mental pressure and everything that goes along with a major championship. Now Ive got my feet wet in all four and Im looking forward to the next one." DeLaet is planning to play the next two events on the PGA Tour as well as the RBC Canada Cup, a special outing in Halifax as part of the new Web.com Tour event there. Hell then take two weeks off before playing a long stretch of what could be eight tournaments in nine weeks, including the RBC Canadian Open. The schedule will be busy, DeLaet said, but it isnt as if hes moving pianos. "Im playing professional golf and going to a lot of cool places," he said. "Overseas, Montreal . . . you cant really complain." Wholesale NFL Jerseys Wholesale Nike NFL Jerseys NFL Jerseys From China Cheap Nike Basketball Jerseys Wholesale Hockey Jerseys China Nike Baseball Jerseys Cheap College Jerseys China Cheap Football Jerseys Wholesale Jerseys Canada Wholesale NHL Jerseys Canada Wholesale Nike MLB Jerseys Canada Cheap NBA Jerseys Authentic Canada Stitched Soccer Jerseys Canada Cheap Jerseys Canada NFL ' ' '

According to Major League Baseball calculations sent to teams Tuesday, the Los Angeles Dodgers were the only other team that exceeded the tax threshold this year and must pay $11.4 million. Boston finished just under for the second straight year, coming in $225,666 shy of the $178 million mark. Figures include average annual values of contracts for players on 40-man rosters, earned bonuses and escalators, adjustments for cash in trades and $10.8 million per team in benefits. Because the Yankees have been over the tax threshold at least four consecutive times, they pay at a 50 per cent rate on the overage, and their $28,113,945 bill was second only to their $34.1 million payment following the 2005 season. The Yankees are responsible for $252.7 million of the $285.1 million in tax paid by all clubs over the past 11 years. Yankees owner Hal Steinbrenner said he hopes to get under the threshold next year, when it rises to $189 million. That would reset the teams tax rate to 17.5 per cent for 2015 and get the Yankees some revenue-sharing refunds. But following agreements Tuesday on a $2 million, one-year deal with second baseman Brian Roberts and a $7 million, two-year contract with left-hander Matt Thornton, the Yankees are at $177.7 million for 15 players next year, when benefits are likely to total between $11 million and $12 million. Their only hope to get below the threshold appears to be if an arbitrator upholds most of Alex Rodriguezs 211-game suspension, relieving the team of a large percentage of the third basemans $25 million salary. Discount Ecco Shoes Sale. Tax money is used to fund player benefits and MLBs Industry Growth Fund. The Yankees finished with the highest regular payroll for the 15th consecutive year, winding up at a record $237,018,889. The Dodgers, in their first full season under new ownership, were just $146,647 behind after nearly doubling spending from $129.1 million. Regular payrolls include salaries, earned bonuses and pro-rated shares of signing bonuses. Los Angeles had a higher payroll for the tax: $243 million to New Yorks $234 million. But because the Dodgers didnt exceed the threshold in 2012, they pay at a 17.5 per cent rate and owe $11,415,959. They would pay at a 30 per cent rate if they exceed the threshold next year. Checks to the commissioners office are due by Jan. 21. Houston, which lost more than 100 games for the third straight season, had a payroll less than one-eighth that of the Yankees and Dodgers. The Astros finished at $29.3 million, the lowest total in the major leagues since the 2008 Florida Marlins and just $1.3 million more than Rodriguez made with the Yankees. After trading many of their stars following an unsuccessful first season in their new downtown ballpark, the Marlins lowered their payroll to $42.3 million from $89.9 million in 2012. Minnesota dropped from $101 million to $76 million. Toronto boosted spending from $92 million to nearly $126 million. The average salary increased 6.9 per cent, to $3,320,089 from $3,105,093, according to MLBs calculations, the steepest rise since 2006. • GREENSBORO, N. Nike Air Max 1 Clearance .C. -- With T.J. Warren scoring near his usual pace, North Carolina State was poised to pull off a second straight significant upset at the ACC tournament. Then the Wolfpack ran out of steam. No. 7 Duke beat N.C. State 75-67 on Saturday in the ACC semifinals, denying the Wolfpack a third win in three days. "They really believed we could win and they played with great courage," coach Mark Gottfried said. "I thought maybe we got tired in the second half. We didnt seem as fresh as we have been." Warren, the ACC player of the year, scored 21 points for N.C. State to 20 for Dukes Jabari Parker in a matchup of the ACCs top two scorers. Warren led the league with an average of 24.9 points while Parker was second at 19.2 points per game. On Saturday, Warren scored 21 points but was just 4 of 13 after halftime while facing a barrage of double teams. "Rodney (Hood) did a good job on him just to keep him to 21," coach Mike Krzyzewski said. "You can overcoach, and we overcoached our preparation. He was doing what we asked him to do, and it wasnt working, and he said, Coach, let me just play him my normal way. That was better." The seventh-seeded Wolfpack (21-13) shot just 36 per cent in the second half -- after hitting 67 per cent in the opening half -- and were denied their first title game berth since 2007. "N.C. State was fighting for their lives," Dukes Rasheed Sulaimon said. Lennard Freeman had 13 points and Anthony "Cat" Barber finished with 12 for N.C. State, which for much of the day looked capable of pulling off a second straight resume-enhancing upset after knocking off No. 11 Syracuse in the quarterfinals. "I hope they take a look at our team and see how much better we are than we were at the beginning," Gottfried said. "If you win at Pitt, beat Syracuse and beat Duke, hell, youre about a Final Four team then. I think we showed that we certainly belong in the field of 68." Sulaimon added 16 points for the third-seeded Blue Devils (26-7) while Rodney Hood had 14 points and keyed the defensive effort against Warren. Duke earned its 31st championship game appearance and first since 2011. The Blue Devils will play No. 6 Virginia on Sunday. Dukes 69-65 win in January stood as the Cavaliers lone conference loss until Maryland beat them last week. Duke won on Saturday with a 20-7 run in the second half that was fueled by three N.C. State turnovers and a spate of missed shots. "Im not going to force it to get past two people," said Barber, who said he was double-teamed as well. "They just did a great job of defending. ... They just kept their composure throughout the game." Parker scored six points during the burst that pushed the Blue Devils lead into double figures for the first time. A botched lob to N.C. State big man Jordan Vandenberg led to an open court the other way for Parker, and his authoritative dunk over a sidestepping Barber made it 49-45 with 15 minutes left. Quinn Cook ended the run with a 3 that made it 61-49 with about 9 1/2 minutes remaining. "We got a lot of easy baskets from our defence, and once we got into a rhythm, our shots started falling down and we got rolling," Sulaimon said. N.C. State never could string together a game-threatening run after that, and the Wolfpacks best chance down the stretch came when they closed to 67-59 on Freemans jumper with about 3 minutes left. Hood missed the front end of a one-and-one but the rebound went to Parker -- who finished with a momentum-shifting dunk to put Duke back up by 10. Cook had 14 points for the Blue Devils, who gave N.C. State its most lopsided loss of the season in the teams only previous meeting -- a 95-60 thumping at Cameron Indoor Stadium in which Duke seemed content to let Warren score and clamp down on everyone else. At least early on Saturday, though, the Blue Devils once again couldnt stop anyone. N.C. State hit 13 of 15 shots over an 11-minute stretch and scored on 15 of 16 possessions, with the only empty trip in that span coming when Warren missed the front end of a one-and-one. "First half, neither team could stop one another," Krzyzewski said. "In the second half, we just played better defence." Nike Air Max 1 Sale NZ . Djokovic appeared relieved when he converted on his first match point by swatting a cross-court forehand winner that just caught the line to end an affair that featured only two service breaks. Nike Air Max 1 NZ . DiPietro is still owed $36 million on the remainder of his $67.5 million deal that has an average annual value of $4.5 million. The Lewiston, Maine native only played in three games for the Islanders in 2012/13 before being placed on waivers and sent down to the American Hockey Leagues Bridgeport Sound Tigers. Since the 2008/09 season, DiPietro has only appeared in 50 games for the Islandders, as he has battled through numerous injuries and inconsistency. Nike Air Max 1 Sale Cheap. Originally selected first overall in the 2000 NHL Entry Draft by the Islanders, DiPietro has played in 318 NHL games with the franchise and has a 130-136-36 record and a career 2.87 goals against average. The Islanders stunned the hockey world in September of 2006 when owner Charles Wang and general manager Garth Snow signed DiPietro to the 15-year contract. The deal is the longest in NHL history, at the time surpassing the 10-year $87.5 million deal the Islanders gave to forward Alexei Yashin in 2001. • If strength at the goaltending position is one of the cornerstones of a successful NHL franchise, Montreal Canadiens general manager Marc Bergevin finds himself in a great place heading into the 2014-15 season. Cheap Jordan 12 For Sale . When starting goaltender Carey Price was injured during last seasons playoffs, it was rookie Dustin Tokarski who took over between the pipes, instead of season-long backup Peter Budaj. Heading into the new campaign with three NHL caliber goaltenders, Bergevin is prepared to let his backup situation play itself out. "Peter Budaj is a proven backup goalie in the NHL and a good one," Bergevin told TSN Hockey Insider Bob McKenzie. "Dustin Tokarski came in the playoffs last year, the sixth game against the Rangers and was extremely good, but again youre going against a guy with the experience and is a really good backup goalie. So thats why you have training camp and well see what happens. We have depth in that position now." So much depth in fact that since either would have to clear waivers to be sent down to the minors, dealing one of them or even beginning the year with both backups on the roster are both in the realm of possibility. "If we feel one guy is really ahead of the other guy, we will make a decision. Maybe a trade might be a possibility, but at the end of the day, also starting with three goalies might be a possibility. I leave it open, but again, Im looking forward to seeing how it plays out during training camp." As for the starter, Bergevin says Price is ready to retake his place between the pipes for the Canadiens. "Hes 100 per cent. Hes ready to go. I mean from Day 1 in camp, hell be ready to go." Another thing youll see Day 1 in camp, after spending the first two years of his NHL career at left wing, the Canadiens are planning to try Alex Galchenyuk at a different forward position. "We will start him in training camp at centre. We want to see where hes at. We know sometimes its harder for a young player to player centre in the NHL, especially down low. But with two years under his belt, we want to evaluate where hes at in the centre position and then well make a decision." That wont be the teams only new look when they open camp; two of the teams long-time key players in Brian Gionta and Josh Gorges have moved on to the Buffalo Sabres. While acknowledging their contributions, Bergevin feels there is more than enough leadership and experience in the players that remain with the squad. "Internally, we felt that it was time for a change as far as leadership was concerned. We felt that our young kids were coming along. Gio was a great leader on this team, did a lot for our hockey team, but obviously theres some hard decisions that at times need to be made and that was one of them, along with Josh Gorges. We feel with the young defenceman coming through the system, they are ready to take the next step. So you have to move forward and sometimes these decisions are not popular, but we feel theyre the best for our hockey club moving forward."    With team captain Gionta out of the picture, the Canadiens have decided to go with four alternate captains instead of naming one player as a direct replacement. "Those decisions sometimes are not popular. To me, I dont look at it as not having a captain, but as four guys that can do the job. I dont think you need to have the C to be a leader."  "I think our young guys are ready to take that challenge to take the leadership role more." One of those four men that will wear an A, defenceman P.K. Subban, was signed to a lucrative eight-year, $72 million contract in the offseason. Bergevin is not worried about how his superstar will handle the added spotlight. "I think P.K. welcomes the pressure. I think hes changed a lot and matured a lot since Ive been here. Giving him the A, to me, was an honour and well see where he takes it. Time will tell, but we feel P.K. is ready to take the next step." On the subject of his teams next step, Bergevin is not going to accelerate anything, instead the Canadiens general manager is sticking to his plan of building a long-term winner. "We have to draft players and develop them the right way and we brought people into our organization to help that process. Again, you cant speed the process, you got to help these kids and thats the best way for me to build a team thats going to be good enough, not for just one year or two years, but a long period of time." As for this season in particular, the plan is to once again find a place in the post-season tournament. "Our first step is to make the playoffs. Its a tough league; there are a lot of hockey teams that dont make the playoffs that are still good hockey teams. Were back at the bottom of the hill with all the teams that might have, in my opinion, gotten better this year in our conference. Washingtons better, Tampas better, Toronto will be better, a lot of teams will be better and will be a battle."  The Canadiens open the season against the Maple Leafs in Toronto on October 8. Jordan 12 Sale Ireland . - Considering where Jeff Gordon was after Richmond, left out of the Chase for the Sprint Cup championship in part due to some late-race shenanigans, he couldnt have been happier on Sunday. Jordan 12 Cheapest . Logan Morrison drove in two runs in Seattles big sixth inning, Young pitched seven strong innings and the Mariners beat the Houston Astros 5-2 to complete a three-game sweep.Even as the Arizona Cardinals are presented an opportunity to clinch a playoff berth, they have plenty to be concerned about.Injuries, for one. No contenders lineup has been more damaged than Arizonas, with the latest being the sidelining of top running back Andre Ellington. Its somewhat astonishing that they not only lead the NFC West, but could grab a wild-card spot with a victory at St. Louis on Thursday night.Much easier said than done. The Rams come off consecutive shutouts — yes, they were against Oakland and Washington, and were not exactly talking the John Madden Raiders or Joe Gibbs Redskins. Still, St. Louis is not a team anyone wants any part of right now.Particularly the defence.Theyve always been as good a front four as anybody in the league and youre watching them jell and become an outstanding defence, Cardinals coach Bruce Arians says. (Safety) Mark Barron was a great addition. Theyve stayed healthy, thats a big thing.Preparation is at a premium for a short week, but neither is a fancy team with a lot of tricks. Most important is keeping your own house in order, according to Rams coach Jeff Fisher.Im fine with a Thursday night game. • Until further notice, the Heisman Watch is a three-horse race. Air Jordan 4 Retro Ireland . With a fair number of bye weeks and unimpressive performances, it wasnt a pretty week for the top contenders of college footballs most prestigious individual award. There was however, one exception. The original leader in the Heisman Watch, Clemson QB Tajh Boyd, jumped back into the fray with a strong game against Wake Forest. In the third-ranked Tigers blowout win over the Demon Deacons, Boyd threw for more than 300 yards and three touchdowns, while adding 69 yards and a score on the ground. Boyd became just the second ACC quarterback to throw for 100 touchdowns in the win, and while the number signifies the great career the senior has had, his final year has him ranked as a favourite for the Heisman. Johnny Manziel continued his impressive Heisman-defence campaign in A&Ms win over Arkansas. The Aggies struggled early against their SEC rivals but eventually pulled away for a comfortable win with Manziel finishing with more than 300 combined yards and two touchdowns. The “third horse”, Louisville QB Teddy Bridgewater, enjoyed a bye in Week 5. And now to the disappointing performances. Oregon QB Marcus Mariota was only average in the second-ranked Ducks crushing of Cal. Sure, the redshirt sophomore only needed to be average in Week 5, but a 114 yards passing and two touchdowns line He did account for three scores but his 114 yards through the air wasnt enough for him to join the elite level in Week 5. Alabama QB AJ McCarron had a second straight so-so effort in the Crimson Tides blanking of Ole Miss while Georgia RB Todd Gurley wasnt the difference maker in the Bulldogs win over LSU. Baylor RB Lache Seastrunk and UCLA QB Brett Hundley were off in Week 5. And just when we almost forgot him, Ohio State QB Braxton Miller returned from injury with four touchdowns against the previously ranked Wisconsin Badgers. If the Heisman was a shared award, Miller and Kenny Guiton would be a lot higher on this list. The Good: His combination of size, athleticism, strength, intelligence, and untapped potential make him the most intriguing offensive line prospect produced by the CIS since Mike Schad in 1986. The Bad: Hes projected as a 4th round pick in the NFL Draft so whoever picks him wont have him for at least another year - if ever - especially considering his desire to finish med school. 2. David Foucault (OT, Montreal) The Good: At 67 and a relatively lean 320 lbs., he moves well, making him a potential ratio-breaking offensive tackle. The Bad: Despite all of his obvious tools, Foucault has yet to be consistently dominant at the university level. 3. Matthias Goossen (OC/OG, Simon Fraser) The Good: Combining toughness and intelligence, this three-time All-GNAC selection has played every position on the O-Line during his four years as a starter. The Bad: Despite having always played in Canada, he has never faced defenders who are a yard off the ball, as SFU and British Columbia high schools both play under American rules. 4. Pierre Lavertu (OC, Laval) The Good: Quick, strong and smart, he was a three-time All-Canadian and four-time All-RSEQ selection while anchoring the nations best collegiate O-Line. The Bad: His ceiling likely isnt as high as those ranked ahead of him. That said; hes as CFL ready as any prospect in the Class of 2014. 5. Tchissakid Player (OG, Northwestern State) The Good: Although he played at a smaller school, this 66, 300 lbs. guard is the only NCAA Division 1 player in the entire draft class. The Winnipeg-born, Texas-raised lineman was a three-year starter for the Demons. The Bad: A hamstring injury suffered at the Toronto Regional Combine prevented him from participating in the main CFL Combine, which kept scouts from comparing him head to head with other top prospects. Other Contenders: - Jas Dhillon (OG, British Columbia) - 2013 Canada West All-Star; former DL, 2013 was his only year on offence- Terry Hart (OG, St. Francis Xavier) - 2013 AUS All-Star; 32 bench press reps tied Lavertu atop O-Line group at CFL Combine- Kyle Paterson (OG, Regina) - from same hometown (Weyburn, SK) and college as CFLers Brendon LaBatte and Brett Jones; 5.22 second 40-yard dash and 30 bench press reps at CFL Combine- Quinn Everett (OG, Mount Allison) - college defensive lineman shows potential as a guard; dominated the O-Line testing at the Montreal Regional Combine - Aaron Wheaton (OG, Toronto) - 65", 295 lbs.; participated in 2013 East West Bowl Also On The Radar (alphabetically): Ahmed Abusafeyeh (Tiffin/Windsor AKO Fratmen), Kwinton Albino (Manitoba), Stephen Armstrong (Mount Allison), Lane Bryksa (Saskatchewan), Renaud Lafrance-Longtin (Sherbrooke), Fréderik Landry-Simard (Concordia) Analysis: During the 2013 season, the CFL made two significant changes to the leagues draft eligibility rules. Under the old system, all players became draft eligible four years after joining a college program. Now, prospects at U.S. schools become draft eligible upon completion of their college eligibility, eliminating redshirt juniors ("futures") from the draft. Those at Canadian schools now become draft eligible three years after using their first year of CIS eligibility. In other words, if a player redshirts in his first university season, his draft year gets postponed by a year (i. Air Jordan 4 Ireland. e. hed now be draft eligible after his fifth year instead of his fourth).  In this "transition year", no position group was impacted more by the rule changes than the offensive line. No fewer than five NCAA Division 1 O-Linemen, including outstanding UNLV tackle Brett Boyko, and a handful of top CIS hogs, like Calgarys All-Canadian guard Sukh Chung, were reclassified from 2014 to the 2015 draft class. In addition, a CFL policy requiring "non-resident" Canadians to apply for their non-import status (even when they clearly qualify) led to Penn States Winnipeg-born star guard John Urschel also being excluded from this draft class. As a result, what wouldve been a bumper crop of high end offensive line prospects was reduced to just four (Duvernay-Tardif, Foucault, Goossen, and Lavertu), followed by a lot of uncertainty about the next tier of prospects. Bear in mind that while the eligibility rules have changed, the CFLs need for non-import offensive linemen hasnt, and the effect on this years draft process will be twofold. First, with Duvernay-Tardif most certainly NFL-bound, the demand for the other top linemen will be intense. For teams whose need is more immediate, theyll look to Lavertu and Goossen, as their learning curves wont be as steep as Foucaults. Regardless of the order, those three could easily be the first three players off the board and will surely all be Top Five selections. Secondly, with the leagues constant need for non-import O-Linemen, teams looking for OL depth will be forced to reach for lower ranked prospects (i.e. draft them earlier than their ability suggests they should be picked). As for Duvernay-Tardif, the gap between the top four or five O-Line prospects and the rest of the class means that his NFL interest shouldnt cause him to fall as far as he would have in a deeper draft pool. As a precedent, Ill point to the 2005 CFL Draft. Much like the Class of 2014, there werent a lot of "cant miss" offensive line prospects. A few days before that draft, the clear No. 1 prospect, Toledo tackle Nick Kaczur, had been selected in the 3rd round of the NFL Draft. Despite the limited supply of upper echelon O-Linemen, the demand for non-import blockers remained the same, as eight of the first nineteen selections were offensive linemen, including Kaczur, who went 9th overall. Simply put, the Toronto Argonauts, who chose him, felt that the likelihood of Kaczur returning to Canada within a few years was greater than the likelihood of the linemen who were still available developing into quality starters within the same time frame. In the same draft a similar line of thinking led to the second-ranked O-Lineman, Chris Best, going 4th overall despite having already committed to a Masters degree program that would keep him from turning pro until two years later. Godfrey Ellis was chosen 10th overall even after measuring in at 510 at the Combine. The fact that Jeff Keeping, a college tight end, had never played O-Line didnt stop him from being drafted - as a guard - 18th overall. John Comiskey went one spot later even though he hadnt played a single snap in the previous season. Fast forward to 2014, where the point is this. The top offensive linemen will be snapped up early. Once Lavertu, Goossen, Foucault, and Player are gone, teams will have to evaluate the likelihood and timeline of Duvernay-Tardif becoming a CFL lineman vs. the likelihood and timeline of the same happening for the remaining O-Linemen on the board. The "tipping point" could be reached by the end of Round 1 and probably no later than Round 3. Wholesale NFL JerseysWholesale Nike NFL Jerseys NFL Jerseys From China Cheap Nike Basketball Jerseys Wholesale Hockey Jerseys China Nike Baseball Jerseys Cheap College Jerseys China Cheap Football Jerseys Wholesale Jerseys Canada Wholesale NHL Jerseys Canada Wholesale Nike MLB Jerseys Canada Cheap NBA Jerseys Authentic Canada Stitched Soccer Jerseys Canada Cheap Jerseys Canada NFL ' ' '

    • MILAN, Italy -- Inter Milan moved back into fourth spot in Serie A with a dominant 3-0 victory at Udinese on Sunday, while newly-promoted Hellas Verona beat Cagliari 2-1 to also keep up the pressure on the top three. Cheap Wholesale Air Max 1 . Rodrigo Palacio, Andrea Ranocchia and Ricardo Alvarez scored for Inter, which never really looked like letting its lead slip despite a couple of defensive errors. Luca Toni and Bosko Jankovic were on target in Verona to help the hosts to their fifth win in six matches. Inter and Verona are both level on 22 points, six behind Juventus and Napoli and eight off leader Roma, which has won all 10 of its matches and visits Torino later. Elsewhere, teenage forward Domenico Berardi scored a hat trick to help Sassuolo beat 10-man Sampdoria 4-3, while Lazio fell to a surprise 2-0 defeat at home to Genoa. Udineses loss to Roma last week was its first in 23 home matches. It found itself behind again in the 25th minute when Palacio headed in Saphir Taiders free kick. It got worse for Udinese four minutes later when Zeljko Brkic completely mistimed his exit and flapped haplessly at Esteban Cambiassos corner, allowing Ranocchia to volley in at the far post. Walter Samuel was playing only his second match since returning from six months out with injury and the defender made two errors which Udinese failed to capitalise on. He was substituted after picking up a slight knock. Fredy Guarin hit the post in the second half before Alvarez added a third in stoppage time, slotting Palacios cross into an empty net. Verona also dominated on its way to a sixth successive home victory. Cagliari has now lost three successive matches. Toni headed home a corner in the eighth minute to give Verona an early lead and the home side all but sealed the match 12 minutes into the second half when Jankovic played a one-two with Romulo before curling into the far corner. Daniele Conti volleyed in a consolation goal for Cagliari in stoppage time. In Rome, Lazio seemed in complete control in the first half and Genoa had goalkeeper Mattia Perin to thank for keeping them in the match with several crucial saves, including a spectacular stop to deny Miroslav Klose. Juraj Kucka broke the deadlock on the hour mark with an angled drive and Genoa doubled its lead 10 minutes later when Alberto Gilardino converted a penalty following a Michael Ciani handball. Newly-promoted Sassuolos match at Sampdoria had already been deemed a relegation dogfight and the home side appeared to be in control after Nicola Pozzi had given it a first half lead. However, the match turned at the start of the first half. Berardi fired in the equalizer before putting Sassulo in front from the penalty spot two minutes later after Andrea Costa had tripped the youngster. Costa was shown a second yellow card and dismissed. Antonio Floro Flores appeared to have secured the match but Samp levelled with goals from Eder and Lorenzo De Silvestri. But it wasnt over yet and Berardi secured Sassuolos second win of the season in the final minute, with another penalty after Shkodran Mustafi fouled Diego Farias. In the lunchtime kickoff, Livorno beat 10-man Atalanta 1-0 to earn its first win in eight matches. Paulinho scored the only goal of the game in the 11th minute, running onto Leandro Grecos through ball before finishing with an angled drive across the goal into the bottom corner. Things got worse for Atalanta as they were forced to play for nearly an hour a man short after Carlos Carmona was shown a second yellow card for a challenge on Ibrahima Mbaye in the 34th minute. Alfred Duncan also hit the post for Livorno. Cheap Air Max 1 Online Australia . • CARSON, Calif. Air Force 1 Australia Sale . -- Landon Donovan broke the Major League Soccer goal record Sunday night, scoring his 135th and 136th regular-season goals in the Los Angeles Galaxys 4-1 victory over the Philadelphia Union. Playing for the first time since being cut from the U.S. World Cup team, Donovan broke a tie with Jeff Cunningham in the 49th minute with his first goal of the season, then added another in the 81st. Donovan also holds the MLS playoff record with 22 goals. Donovan scored his first goal on a counterattack, passing to Robbie Keane, who took the ball into the Union box and fed Donovan at the left post for an easy finish. After making it 4-0 in the 81st, Donovan was replaced by Brazilian forward Samuel a minute later, departing to a standing ovation from the crowd of 21,010. "Its been a long week," Donovan said. "Its hard not to make it about me, and I dont necessarily want it to be that way. But Ive sacrificed a lot to be in the position Im in and I was very happy for myself because Ive dedicated a lot to this. I think I deserved what happened today." Donovan, also the U.S. national team goals leader with 57 in 156 games, has played 311 regular-season games in 15 MLS seasons. The Jamaican-born Cunningham, a former U.S. national team player, played in 365 games over 14 seasons with Columbus, Colorado, Real Salt Lake, Toronto FC and FC Dallas. He last played in MLS in 2011. Donovan said he wasnt looking to make a statement after coach Jurgen Klinsmanns decision not to include him in the group headed to Brazil. "This is my job and this is what I get paid to do, so my teammates depend on me and I think Ive played well this year, but I needed to contribute on the scoreboard, and that felt good," said Donovan, who was making his eighth appearance of the season. "Obviously, a lot of relief in some ways, a lot of joy, but I feel like Im in really good form right now, and I really feel good about how I played, and this is a continuation of how Ive played over the last few months." Donovan is No. 2 on the leagues career assists list with 120, including one on Leonardos second-minute header Sunday. Steve Ralston, a Houston Dynamo assistant coach who retired in 2010, has the record with 135. That was the first goal for Los Angeles, with Donovan delivering a free kick for Leonardo to finish. Keane scored a third in the 64th minute after a turnover by Union defender Sheanon Williams. Los Angeles (4-3-3) won consecutive games for the second time this season. Philadelphia (2-7-5), which welcomed back midfielder Maurice Edu -- also one of seven players trimmed from the 30-man World Cup preliminary roster -- lost its second game in a row and fifth in the last six outings. The Union have won just once in their last dozen games. Edu scored in the 88th minute, converting a penalty kick after Raul Mendiola fouled Zach Pfeffer. Air Force 1 Cheap Outlet . • SILVIS, Ill. Air Max Clearance . -- Brian Harman had two eagles in a 6-under 65 on Saturday that gave him a one-stroke lead after three rounds of the John Deere Classic. Harmans solid performance got him to 17-under 196 for the tournament at TPC Deere Run. Three-time winner Steve Stricker is alone in second, one stroke better than Scott Brown heading into the final round. Tim Clark, Jerry Kelly, William McGirt and 2012 champion Zach Johnson are three back at 14-under 199. Clark shot a 64 to move into contention. The 27-year-old Harman has never finished better than third on the PGA Tour, but he played quite well in the third round. The lefty hit 17 greens and 12 of 14 fairways. Harman bogeyed Nos. 12 and 18, the latter by missing the green with his approach. His eagles came from 30 feet on the par-5 second and from 47 feet on the par-5 17th. Stricker finished strong for a 7-under 64. He had his streak of bogey-free holes end at 24 with a 5 at the par-4 11th, but rallied for birdies on the last two holes. Brown matched the lowest PGA Tour round of 2014 with his 10-under 61. On a day when players were allowed to clean their ball in the fairway because of an early morning downpour, he flirted with a 59, but had to settle for birdie on the par-5 17th after reaching the green in two shots, and then parred the par-4 18th. Jhonattan Vegas played with Brown and nearly matched his score with a bogey-free 63 for 200, tying Ryan Moore for ninth place. He opened with three birdies in succession, and collected an eagle on the 17th. Clark has missed the cut in five of his last seven tournaments, but birdied seven holes to post his best round of the year and get within three shots of Harman. Harmans long eagle putt on the second hole triggered his nice round. He had birdies on the fourth and eighth holes to go out in 31, and then added two more birdies before his long downhill eagle putt on the 17th, which turned left in the last 15 feet before falling into the cup. His bogey at the final hole, coupled with Strickers birdie there, trimmed his three-stroke lead to one shot. Browns 61 came after what he called a "bad 1-under" 70 on Friday. "I was just trying to get back into the golf tournament, and it turned into a great round," Brown said. Vegas, who had shoulder surgery last year, needs to make over $280,000 this week and in his next two tournaments to keep his PGA Tour card. A good finish here could take care of that. "Whatever happens happens, to be honest," Vegas said. "If it works, fine. If it doesnt, we go to the range." Johnsons 2-under 69 extended his streak of under-70 rounds at par-71 Deere Run to 23. Defending champion Jordan Spieth shot 67 and is tied for 14th at 202, six strokes behind Harman. Spieth came from six off the pace last year to win. Air Max Cheap Outlet China . “The shootout, theres nothing wrong with it, I think its an exciting part of the game but its just one small aspect,” said Chicago Blackhawks GM Stan Bowman. “Its a skill exhibition. • ST. Air Max 95 For Sale Ireland . LOUIS -- Lance Lynn has been among the best first-half pitchers in the majors since cracking the St. Louis Cardinals rotation in 2011, reaching double-figure win totals before the All-Star break all three seasons. The Los Angeles Dodgers saw a pitcher determined to finish strong, too. Lynn won his third straight start Friday night, leading the Cardinals to a 3-2 victory. "Im not worried about the rest of the season," Lynn said. "Im just worried about my next start -- whenever that may be." Lynn is 33-15 with a 3.54 ERA before the All-Star break and 12-9 with a 3.91 ERA after the break. Hes been among the pitchers getting the most run support, too. Manager Mike Matheny repeated his assertion that Lynn (11-6) is "one of the most underrated pitchers in the game." "Despite what anybody else thinks, hes got a lot of wins and theres a reason," Matheny said. "Its because hes got great stuff." Matt Holliday homered and doubled with three RBIs in support of Lynn. Kolten Wong had two hits and scored on both of Hollidays RBI hits for the Cardinals against the team they beat in the NLCS last fall. They have won six of eight and remained a game behind the Brewers for the NL Central lead. "Really, I just kept my approach simple and tried to hit the ball hard back through the middle of the field," Holliday said. "I dont get ahead of myself. Ive learned playing this long to take this thing day to day." A.J. Ellis had an RBI double for the Dodgers, battling the Giants for the NL West lead. They remained offensively challenged coming out of the All-Star break, totalling 10 runs the last six games. Hollidays seventh homer, estimated at 435 feet to straightaway centre, came off Dan Haren (8-7). Lynn gave up two runs on four hits in six-plus innings. He struck out nine and worked around four walks, which tied his season high. Lynn has 44 wins the last three seasons, one behind Cardinals ace Adam Wainwright for most in the league. He bounced back from season worsts of two innings and six earned runs at Los Angeles on June 28 before leaving with a blister. "I thought he used his breaking ball more. I dont think he used his curveball in L.A. hardly at all," Dodgers manager Don Mattingly said. "It looked like it took us a while to get going." Haren piled up 99 pitches in 4 2-3 innings, allowing three runs on eight hits, and is among the National League leaders with 20 homers allowed. Hes totalled 8 2-3 innings his last two starts and has lost his last three outings overall. "I made a bad pitch to Holliday," Haren said. "I actually didnt make that many mistakes. It seemed like everything they hit in the air was falling, and there was nothing I could do." The Dodgers left the bases loaded in the third when Matt Kemp struck out. The Cardinals stranded three in the fourth when Lynn bounced out after an intentional walk to Tony Cruz. Consecutive doubles by Juan Uribe and Ellis leading off the seventh chased Lynn. Ellis scored on a wild pitch to cut the deficit to one. The Dodgers stranded two against Pat Neshek in the eighth and Trevor Rosenthal had two strikeouts in a perfect ninth for his 29th save in 33 chances. NOTES: The pairing for Saturday is Zack Greinke (11-5, 2.73), coming off his second All-Star nod, against Joe Kelly (1-1, 3.44), making his second start coming off the DL from a hamstring injury. Greinke has won his last four starts against the Cardinals and is 9-3 with a 2.93 ERA for his career against them. ... Mattingly didnt mind Kemp saying he was open to a trade if he didnt get regular playing time in a published report during the break. "The headline catches your eye and you read it and you go, Its not that big of a deal," Mattingly said. Mattingly also didnt mind that Kemp wanted to play centre field, saying "Thats fine, he can view himself however he wants. Im playing him in left." ... Holliday reached 1,000 career RBIs last month. ... Drummond had 22 points and 13 rebounds, going 6 of 8 from the free throw line in Detroits 103-99 victory over Brooklyn on Friday night. The Pistons led by 21 early in the third quarter before holding off a determined rally by the Nets. Drummond is shooting 41 per cent from the foul line on the season -- and thats actually a substantial improvement. At one point he was 3 for 17, but now hes developed a routine, holding the ball for several seconds before releasing the shot. "I work hard at it every day, so the results are going to show up sooner rather than later," Drummond said. "Tonight was an example of the hard work I put into it." The Nets cut their deficit to two before Detroits Kyle Singler made two free throws with 10.4 seconds left. The Pistons snapped a three-game losing streak and ended Brooklyns three-game winning streak. Deron Williams led Brooklyn with 22 points. The Nets were without centre Brook Lopez, who sat out with a sprained left ankle. "It doesnt matter who plays for us or who were playing, we have to protect the paint and we didnt do that tonight," Nets coach Jason Kidd said. "Theres some improvement -- we kept fighting down the stretch even when we got behind -- but we cant get that far behind." Greg Monroe added 22 points for the Pistons, and Rodney Stuckey had 17. Detroit outscored the Nets 38-20 in the second quarter and led 61-44 at halftime. Brooklyns Mirza Teletovic, who did not attempt a shot in the first half, scored 17 points in the second, making his first five shots from 3-point range. His final points pulled the Nets within 98-91, and a tip-in by Andray Blatche cut the margin to five. Teletovic finally missed from beyond the arc, and Blatche missed two free throws with 1:38 to play. Then Monroe made a hook inside to make it 100-93 with 54 seconds left. Williams was fouled while shooting a 3-pointer with 51 seconds left and made all three shots, cutting thhe lead to four. Cheap Air Max 95 Wholesale. After an offensive foul on Josh Smith, the Nets had a chance to pull even closer, but Detroits Brandon Jennings knocked the ball out of bounds off Williams leg as the Brooklyn guard drove to the basket, giving the Pistons the ball back with 24 seconds left. Monroe made one of two free throws with 18.5 seconds to play, but Paul Pierces 3-pointer made it 101-99. Singler calmly went to the line and made both of his free throws to make it a two-possession game again. "Weve just got to learn from it," Detroits Chauncey Billups said after the big lead nearly slipped away. "Weve got to just quit playing not to lose the game. ... If you do, and you get hesitant and you get passive and the other team gets aggressive, thats what happens." With Lopez out, Brooklyn couldnt do much about Drummond and Monroe inside. Drummonds most impressive play may have been when he tipped the ball back over his head and into the basket with one hand after Jennings missed everything on a wild shot from the perimeter. That gave the Pistons a 50-39 lead. Drummond had 18 points and seven rebounds at the half, and Stuckey had 16 points. In the third quarter, Drummond missed a dunk along the baseline but was able to tip the ball in almost immediately to give Detroit a 74-55 lead. "That front line is tough," Blatche said. "They are great offensive rebounders and they just pounded us out there. The guards are driving to the basket and the bigs are just all over the boards. We definitely missed Brook, because at least hes a big body out there." Brooklyns Kevin Garnett surpassed 14,000 rebounds in the second half. He joined Kareem Abdul-Jabbar and Karl Malone as the only players to reach 25,000 points, 14,000 rebounds and 5,000 assists. NOTES: Stuckey scored a season-high 27 points in a win at Brooklyn last month. Joe Johnson, who had 34 points for the Nets in that game, was held to 12 on 5-of-16 shooting on Friday. ... Garnett was called for a technical foul in the second quarter, and Blatche was called for flagrantly fouling Drummond with 2:27 left in the half. Wholesale NFL Jerseys Wholesale Nike NFL Jerseys NFL Jerseys From China Cheap Nike Basketball Jerseys Wholesale Hockey Jerseys China Nike Baseball Jerseys Cheap College Jerseys China Cheap Football Jerseys Wholesale Jerseys CanadaWholesale NHL Jerseys Canada Wholesale Nike MLB Jerseys Canada Cheap NBA Jerseys Authentic Canada Stitched Soccer Jerseys Canada Cheap Jerseys Canada NFL ' ' '

    • Brooklyn, NY (SportsNetwork. Cheap Nike Free Uk .com) - Prince William and Duchess Kate Middleton were in Brooklyn to take in their first NBA game, and Dion Waiters, Tristan Thompson and Clevelands supporting cast stole the show at Barclays Center. Waiters and Thompson combined for 40 points and sparked a critical run late in the third quarter that fueled the Cavaliers 110-88 victory over the Nets on Monday. LeBron James was his usual productive self, totaling 18 points, seven assists and three steals, and made headlines during warmups by wearing a black I Cant Breathe T-shirt in reference to Eric Garner, the New York man who died earlier this year while being placed in a chokehold as he was being arrested. James teammate, Kyrie Irving, along with Brooklyns Kevin Garnett and Deron Williams wore the same shirt, but when the ball was tipped, it was business as usual for the Cavs, who rolled to their seventh straight win behind its bench. Waiters scored 26 points, Thompson finished with 14 points and 12 rebounds and fellow reserve James Jones chipped in 12 points in the convincing win. Kevin Love posted a quiet double-double of 19 points and 14 rebounds for the victors. Garnett netted a team-high 14 points, while Williams checked in with 13 points and 11 assists for Brooklyn, which suffered its second straight lopsided loss. Wholesale Nike Free Uk . Ruiz stroked a tiebreaking two-run double off Brian Wilson in the ninth inning, Marlon Byrd drove in four runs and the Phillies won 7-3 on Thursday night to take three of four from the defending NL West champions. Adrian Gonzalez -- whose fielding error in the fifth led to two runs -- tied the game 3-all in the seventh with a first-pitch homer to centre off Mike Adams, his former Padres teammate. But Philadelphia came back with four in the ninth. "I was basically trying to throw a backdoor cutter and it kind of ran back over the plate," Adams said. "Knowing Adrian from playing with him for many years, I knew he was going to be aggressive with the first pitch. I just missed my spot, and he did what he does." Ruiz regained the lead for the Phillies when he lined a 3-2 delivery down the right field line with one out after singles by Cody Asche and Ben Revere. Byrd greeted Jamey Wright with a bases-loaded two-run single after Wilson (0-2) intentionally walked Chase Utley and hit Ryan Howard with a pitch. Adams (1-0), making his third appearance after undergoing shoulder surgery last July 31 and missing the first two weeks of the season, pitched two innings for the victory despite allowing Gonzalezs homer. "Its been a while since I went two innings," Adams said. "When I came in after the seventh, they asked me if I could stretch it out and go back out for one more. So I said: Lets give it a try and see how it goes." Both managers lost replay challenges. The Dodgers were trailing 3-2 in the fifth when Asche, the Phillies third baseman, fielded Yasiel Puigs grounder behind the bag and threw home, where Ruiz tagged out Hanley Ramirez as he came in standing up without a collision. "That was a big play," Ruiz said. "It was a good throw. I was lucky because those plays happen so fast, you dont have time to think, but I got the ball early. I was on the side of home plate a little bit and he had room to slide, but he didnt and we got the out. I was stilll a little worried it would get changed because now with the replay, you never know. Nike Free Uk Sale. " Dodgers manager Don Mattingly requested a review from umpire Mike DiMuro based on the new rule pertaining to home plate collisions. It took several minutes but the call was upheld. "Before the ball is thrown, you cant set up where the runner doesnt have anywhere to slide, the way we understand it. Thats what we see on video," Mattingly said. "We felt like it didnt have a place to slide." Ryne Sandberg challenged a call by first base ump Hunter Wendelstedt in the Dodgers sixth. Juan Uribe was initially ruled safe on a grounder to shortstop Freddy Galvis. After a review of several minutes -- and a few choruses of "If It Takes Forever" by stadium organist Nancy Bea Hefley -- the call stood. Kyle Kendrick pitched 5 2-3 innings and allowed two runs and 10 hits, including a two-run homer by Uribe. The right-hander remained 0-7 in his last 12 starts. Dodgers right-hander Dan Haren was charged with three runs -- one earned -- and seven hits in six innings while striking out seven. Kendrick, who gave up a two-out single in each of the first three innings, yielded Uribes two-out homer to left field after a leadoff double by Gonzalez. But the Phillies capitalized on Gonzalezs second error of the season to grab a 3-2 lead. The three-time Gold Glove winner botched a one-out grounder by Utley with runners at the corners, as Revere scored the Phillies first run. Utley was credited with an RBI, and Byrd drove in two more with a double just out of the reach of a diving Puig in right-centre. Gonzalezs error was the Dodgers 23rd in 23 games. NOTES: The Phillies entered Thursday with a bullpen ERA of 5.64, the worst in the majors. ... Ruiz was 7 for 14 in the four-game series with a home run, four walks and his first six RBIs of the season. ... Byrd had two doubles in three at-bats against Haren, and is 12 for 24 for his career against him. ... Dodgers pitchers have given up 14 unearned runs. ... Jimmy Rollins, 5 for 21 against Haren, got the night off and Galvis started at SS for the first time since Sept. 7 of last season. ... Puig was 0 for 3 against Kendrick, after coming in 5 for 6 against him with a double and a triple. Wholesale NFL Jerseys Wholesale Nike NFL Jerseys NFL Jerseys From China Cheap Nike Basketball Jerseys Wholesale Hockey Jerseys China Nike Baseball Jerseys Cheap College Jerseys China Cheap Football Jerseys Wholesale Jerseys CanadaWholesale NHL Jerseys Canada Wholesale Nike MLB Jerseys Canada Cheap NBA Jerseys Authentic Canada Stitched Soccer Jerseys Canada Cheap Jerseys Canada NFL ' ' '

Among the teams moves was trading one of the teams two third round picks, no. 83 overall, to the Chicago Blackhawks for Brandon Bollig, a six-foot-two, 223-pound left-winger who had seven goals, seven assists, and 92 penalty minutes in 82 games last season.TSN Baseball Insider Steve Phillips answers three questions each week. This week, topics cover the struggles of Edwin Encarnacion, Brett Lawrie or Colby Rasmus, if the Jays reputation is damaged following a report that players were willing to defer their salaries in order to sign Ervin Santana and Cincinnati Reds speedster Billy Hamilton. 1. While its early in the season, should the Jays be worried yet about the struggles of Edwin Encarnacion, Brett Lawrie or Colby Rasmus?  If not, at what point should a club worry about a slow start?  What does a slow start mean?  Does it mean a bad season?  Will the player turn things around?  How can a manager help the player get going? Every team is asking themselves these questions about some number of their players.  It may be a pitcher or a hitter.  No team has all of their players playing well.  Baseball just doesnt work that way. So what should the Jays do with Encarnacion (.162) , Rasmus (.176) and Lawrie (.108)?  How concerned should they be that this is a bad start to a bad season versus just an early season slump?  The answer is the same yet different for each of the players.  It is the same for each of them in that it is too early to completely panic or pull the plug on their roles.  Usually somewhere around a hundred at bats is a good time to make a judgment on a player.  It allows for slumps and hot streaks and adjustments to be made to overcome problems.  During the course of the season every player will have a 30 at bat window in which they will hit .170.  When the season starts in that window it just feels worse because it is not hidden by the 15 for 30 streak that will likely happen.  That being said, the level of concern is different for each player based upon the back of his baseball card.  I believe that over the course of a season a player will likely ride the peaks and valleys and end up with stats that reflect what they typically have been as a player.   Of course young players with potential are expected to improve in their early years and the stats should reflect some upward growth.  In the same vein, aging players nearing the end of their careers should show some decline in their stats. .   I generally use a players last three years to determine my expectations for the upcoming season. Certainly there can and will be anomalous years where a players performance may spike or decline unexpectedly.  Generally speaking, though, players are what they are and over the course of the season they define themselves. Edwin Encarnacion entered the season in the prime of his career.  My expectations for him were to hit .275 with 35 homers and 105 RBI.  Those numbers are consistent with what he has done over the past several years.  The fact he is off to a slow start means very little to me.  I have confidence in his ability to overcome a slump because he has done it over and over again in his career.  It is the nature of the game.   The good news is that the Jays are 5-5 and havent gotten anything from him yet.  Colby Rasmus at 27 years old is a slightly different story than Encarnacion.  He is at an age now where he is about establishing what he is as a player.  I expected him to hit about .270 with 25 homers and 75 RBI this season.  He can still certain attain those numbers but his slow start is a bit concerning. In 2013, Rasmus grew a bit as a hitter as he improved his average despite still striking out too much.  He has shown that at times, though, a difficulty to get out of a slump.  His slow start has the potential to snowball and lead to a down season.  He needs to get turned around quickly so it doesnt foster the negative thoughts that can compound the problem.  Brett Lawrie is just 24 years old and is still figuring out what he is as a player.  He started his big league career with a bang.  After playing in only 43 games in 2011, it was thought that he had the power and speed combination that could put up 25 homers and 25 stolen bases.  The 2012 and 2013 seasons were disappointing to say the least as very little growth has been seen.  This is a critical year for Lawrie.   His slow start is most concerning because if his numbers decline again he will no longer be a functional everyday player.  So it is too early to panic but the level of concern for each of the players is different.  If the Jays are going to win this year, they will need all three of them to live up to expectations.  2. Last week, FOX Sports Ken Rosenthal reported that some Toronto Blue Jays players were willing to defer their salaries in order to sign free agent pitcher Ervin Santana in March.  Does this news do any damage to the Jays reputation in MLB circles, and as a former GM how would you feel about this if you were Alex Anthopoulos? This should only be deemed as good news for the Jays and their fans.  The Jays players are willing to invest in winning. Wow!!!!  Now, it does mean that ownership has given Anthopolous a strict budget and told him find a way to make it work with what you have.  There isnt more money to upgrade the team.  He knows he needs to upgrade his starting pitching to be true contender in the AL East so it is time to get creative.  I would have done what Anthopolous did too.  The fact that other teams now know the Jays may be able to come up with about $14M through deferring compensation is a good thing.  It makes the Jays a player for any pitching that could be season-changing.  The only risk that Anthopolous runs in going to the players for money is that if he doesnt land a player with the money his team could lose hope and heart.  When a player takes ownership in the result of a personnel decision by deferring compensation he wants to see and feel the result of that.  Ervin Santana looked great in his first start with the Braves.  How good would it have been if he pitched that way for the Jays?  The disappointment of losing out on targeted players is tough enough when you are GM.  But you are prepared for when it happens.   You can cope with the sense of loss. ; Players dont have those experiences to fall back upon and it can cause them frustration, disappointment and distraction. Air Max 1 Wholesale.   Overall this offer has gained the Jays respect around the game.  They just cant let it turn into overwhelming disappointment in the clubhouse.  3) Cincinnati Reds speedster Billy Hamilton scored on a sacrifice fly on Wednesday against the St. Louis Cardinals that only cleared the infield by no more than 25 feet.  While hes struggled to get on-base early in the year, how difficult is it for the opposition to deal with that type of speed? Billy Hamilton is a blazer.  I used to have a scout who would have said about Hamilton that "he is so fast; he can outrun a shortwave radio."  I am not exactly sure what he meant but it is clear that if anyone can outrun a shortwave radio it is Hamilton.  He can fly.  Speed is the most useful tool in the major leagues because it helps on offense and defense.  On offense, speed like Hamiltons puts pressure on the defense.  The infield has to play shallower since they have less time to make the throw to first on a ground ball to retire him.  This allows more ground balls to get through the infield as the fielders have less reaction time.  Hamilton is nearly impossible to double up on a grounder so there will be times that he will drive in runs and extend innings with productive outs.  His speed will prove to be a distraction for every pitcher when he is on base. This will shift the focus off of the hitter causing more mistake pitches to be thrown.  Plus, where Hamilton does not have great power, many of his singles will be turned into doubles with a stolen base. He should score more runs than a similar hitting player with far less speed.  Outfielders will at times rush throws on fly balls and hits leading to more errors on the defense.  Defensively Hamiltons speed will allow him to cover more ground and get to more balls in the outfield.  His speed will allow him to compensate for mistakes on reading the ball off the bat and getting a bad jump. This young man has a chance to be a dynamic player.  He has a chance to be one of the most exciting players in the game.  But as they say, "You cant steal first base."  If is to truly impact the game as his tools would allow he is going to have to hit and walk his way to at least a .330 on base percentage.  If he can do that, then look out! -- I had the privilege to call the Mets vs Braves game this past Tuesday in Atlanta on the radio.  It just so happened that it was the Braves home opener and it coincided with the 40th Anniversary of the Hank Aaron passing Babe Ruths record 714 home runs. It was a moving ceremony.  Braves fans love Aaron.  He is such a humble, classy, distinguished man.  It was an absolute honor to be there and pay tribute to him.  There are moments that I feel so genuinely blessed that I get to make a living doing this.  I remember April 8, 1974 quite well. I was in my house in Detroit, Michigan with my dad and my brother, Terry, watching the game on TV.  I remember watching the ball sail over the wall and jumping up and down celebrating.  I remember watching Aaron run the bases and it hit me that he wasnt smiling.  He just circled the bases as fans ran around him on the field.  I didnt know why.  Years later I went to the Hall of Fame in Cooperstown, NY and saw on display numerous letters that had been sent to Aaron during the chase for the record that were full of hate and racial comments.  I had no idea what he was enduring.  It made me sick.  It made me feel sorry for him.  I came to find out that Aaron was very isolated during the chase. He had to stay in a different hotel than his teammates.  As much as I was hoping for him to break the record, there were many racists who didnt want it to happen.  He played through hatred and threats, always believing in himself.  But he was robbed of the enjoyment of the achievement.  What a shame.  Aaron ended his career with 755 home runs.  Barry Bonds hit his 756th homer on August 7, 2007.  Bonds received hate as well during his chase but it was less about race and more about cheating.  Bonds had been linked to BALCO, a laboratory with ties to PEDs.  Bonds celebrated with arms to the sky when he hit the ball. He circled the base with a smile and extreme pride.  Quite a contrast to the humility of Aaron.  In fact, Aaron even had a taped message for Bonds and the fans: "I would like to offer my congratulations to Barry Bonds on becoming baseballs career home run leader. It is a great accomplishment which requires skill, longevity and determination. Throughout the past century, the home run has held a special place in baseball and I have been privileged to hold this record for 33 of those years. I move over now and offer my best wishes to Barry and his family on this historical achievement."My hope today, as it was on that April evening in 1974, is that the achievement of this record will inspire others to chase their own dreams." Hank Aaron is the home run king in my opinion.  Yes, Barry Bonds did hit more (762) but his use of PEDs added to his number in some way.  I cant completely quantify the impact of the drugs but it was more than the seven home run difference between him and Aaron.  Many still believe that Ruth was the best home run hitter ever because he had a better homer per at bat rate.  Ruth homered once every 11.76 at bats compared to once every 16.38 at bats for Aaron. There is major flaw in the way people look at Ruth.  His performance was enhanced like Bonds performance was enhanced.  No he didnt take steroids.  Ruth didnt play against all of the elite players at the time.  Remember segregation at the time did not allow the black players to play in the major league with the white players.  Babe Ruth didnt face the same caliber of pitching that Aaron did.  Therefore Ruths performance was enhanced.  Hank Aaron is my all-time home run king.  He is also one of the greatest all-time role models of perseverance, humility and class.  I love my job. Wholesale NFL Jerseys Wholesale Nike NFL Jerseys NFL Jerseys From China Cheap Nike Basketball Jerseys Wholesale Hockey Jerseys China Nike Baseball Jerseys Cheap College Jerseys China Cheap Football Jerseys Wholesale Jerseys Canada Wholesale NHL Jerseys Canada Wholesale Nike MLB Jerseys Canada Cheap NBA Jerseys Authentic Canada Stitched Soccer Jerseys Canada Cheap Jerseys Canada NFL ' ' '

"This was a little bit of a let down, but all credit to them," said Nestor.RENTON, Wash. -- Seattle Seahawks cornerback Brandon Browner was suspended indefinitely by the NFL on Wednesday for violating the leagues substance abuse policy. The suspension is the second in two seasons for Browner. He was suspended four games last season for violating the leagues policy on performance-enhancing substances. Hes the second Seahawks player to be suspended for violating the substance abuse policy this season. Fellow cornerback Walter Thurmond is serving the final week of a four-game suspension. Browner, whose suspension is effective immediately and without pay, sent out a lengthy statement vowing that he would continue to fight his suspension and sounding resigned that his career with the Seahawks was over. "I want to thank the Seahawks organization for the incredible opportunity they gave me when they took a chance on a player who was out of the NFL and playing in the CFL for 4 years," Browner wrote. "I also want to thank all of my teammates, coaches, trainers, staff and the 12s (fans) for their support, respect, and friendship and for helping me grow into the player, father, and person I am today. I have been treated with nothing but first class by everyone associated with the Seattle Seahawks and for that I am forever grateful. "Although I disagree with the circumstances surrounding my suspension, I accept responsibility for all of my actions and I apologize for any that causes any unflattering reflections of my family and the Seahawks. I believe in my innocence and will continue to fight with all legal resources aavailable to me to. Nike Vapormax Wholesale. ." Browner, who was injured in Week 10 against Atlanta and hasnt played since, filed an appeal of the suspension while injured and the Seahawks were waiting for an answer from the league. Seattle coach Pete Carroll said earlier Wednesday before the suspension was announced that he was frustrated the process for making a determination on Browners status had taken so long. "It has taken a long time and Ive been a little disappointed in that, but were handling it," Carroll said. Browner is in his third season with the Seahawks. He started all 26 games he has played for the Seahawks and has 19 tackles, one interception and 10 passes defenced this season. He was a Pro Bowl selection in 2011 when he had 23 passes defenced and six interceptions, but had not been able to match those numbers in the subsequent two seasons. Browner was to become a free agent after the season and could file for reinstatement after one year. News of the suspensions for both Browner and Thurmond came as the Seahawks were returning from their bye in late November. Browner is the seventh official suspension for a Seattle player for substance-abuse or performance-enhancing drugs violations by the league since 2011. That doesnt include Richard Sherman, whose suspension was overturned on appeal late last season. The two suspensions have given chances to backups Byron Maxwell and Jeremy Lane. They have played well enough that it was not guaranteed Thurmond or Browner would get their starting spots back when they returned. Wholesale NFL Jerseys Wholesale Nike NFL Jerseys NFL Jerseys From China Cheap Nike Basketball Jerseys Wholesale Hockey Jerseys China Nike Baseball Jerseys Cheap College Jerseys China Cheap Football Jerseys Wholesale Jerseys Canada Wholesale NHL Jerseys Canada Wholesale Nike MLB Jerseys Canada Cheap NBA Jerseys Authentic Canada Stitched Soccer Jerseys Canada Cheap Jerseys Canada NFL ' ' '

    • LOS ANGELES -- Francisco Liriano finally got that long-awaited first victory of the season. Cheap North Carolina Jerseys Authentic . Liriano pitched in and out of trouble in his duel with Josh Beckett, and Ike Davis homered to help the Pittsburgh Pirates beat the Los Angeles Dodgers 2-1 Friday night. Liriano (1-5) scattered five hits over 5 2-3 scoreless innings. After entering with a 5.06 ERA, he struck out eight and walked two in his 12th start of the year. "It was a great feeling to get that first win out of the way," said Liriano, a 16-game winner for Pittsburgh last season. "It was a long time, and I felt like I wasnt doing my job. I just want to try to go deeper into the game my next time out." Beckett (3-2) allowed two runs and five hits in five innings, five days after pitching the first no-hitter in the majors this season during a 6-0 win at Philadelphia. Yasiel Puig reached base for the 31st straight game, getting an infield single in the fourth and continuing to second on Lirianos throwing error. He came up with the bases loaded in the fifth and popped up on a changeup for the third out, making him 0 for 5 in those situations. "Francisco pitched out of the stretch most of the night, and the leadoff hitter reached base in five of those six innings," Pirates manager Clint Hurdle pointed out. "To get Puig, thats just a classic matchup on a Friday night in front of 47,000 -- thats good stuff. There were so many important pitches in that sequence, but he stayed focused and was aggressive. He had eight strikeouts, and a lot of them were with guys on second." Despite Lirianos record, hes been able to keep his team in games more often than not. The Pirates have won all six of his no-decisions. "Thats what we continue to tell Frank," Hurdle said. "Fortunately, hes been around. Hes had to battle through so many things, and this is just the next thing hes going to get challenged by at the major league level. Hes kept his composure and his confidence, so well see where he can take it. I just believe its going to get better and better for him." Beckett was removed for a pinch-hitter after 88 pitches -- the 34-year-old righty threw a career-high 128 in the first no-hitter by a Dodgers pitcher since 1996. "Physically, I felt fine. I took care of myself in between starts, and I was ready to go out there," Beckett said. "I didnt feel any different between this start and my last one. I mean, if you look at those 128 pitches in nine innings, its only 13, 14 pitches per inning." Pirates second baseman Neil Walker robbed Matt Kemp of an RBI single in the sixth with a diving stop toward the middle and threw him out, after Hanley Ramirez led off with a double. Liriano faced one more batter, striking out Scott Van Slyke with his 100th pitch. Justin Wilson then fanned Andre Ethier. Mark Melancon gave up an RBI single to Ramirez in the eighth, but retired pinch-hitter Adrian Gonzalez on a grounder with the potential tying run at second. Jason Grilli pitched a perfect ninth for his sixth save. Beckett retired the side in order only once. He hit Starling Marte with a 2-2 pitch to open the third and Clint Barmes followed with a walk. Marte was picked off second, but the Pirates overcame that miscue with singles by Josh Harrison and Walker, whose hit to right field drove in Barmes with the games first run. Davis led off the fourth with a drive to centre that travelled an estimated 453 feet. It was his fourth home run of the season, including two grand slams against Cincinnati. "Beckett was on the corners all night and his stuff was good, but that fastball caught a little more of the plate and I was able to get the good part of the bat on it," Davis said. "We really didnt do too much off him, but we scored just enough runs. Its hard to beat the Dodgers only scoring two runs, but our pitchers were amazing tonight." Drew Butera, who caught Becketts no-hitter, also was behind the plate for Lirianos no-no with Minnesota on May 3, 2011, against the White Sox in Chicago. He threw out Russell Martin and Harrison on stolen base attempts for the third out in the second and fifth innings, respectively. NOTES: It was the 19th time since 1900 that a pitcher made his first start following a no-hitter against an opponent who also had pitched one. The last time that happened was May 7, 2012, when Jered Weaver of the Angels faced Liriano and beat Minnesota for the second time in five days, 8-3. ... Dee Gordon stole two more bases to raise his major league-leading total to 34, and the Dodgers total to 64 -- also tops in the majors. ... Pirates LHP Tony Watson extended his scoreless streak to 15 2-3 innings with a perfect seventh. ... Cincinnati LHP Johnny Vander Meer (1938) remains the only pitcher to throw no-hitters in consecutive starts. Justin Jackson College Jersey .C. -- Eric Staal kept his focus after his apparent breakaway goal was waived off early in the third period. Cheap North Carolina Jerseys Free Shipping . Kerry wants to answer your emails at cmonref@tsn.ca. Hi Mr. Fraser, Im a fan of the column as you put a good perspective on some of the crazy reffing that goes on. I would love to know how Torontos Stephane Robidas isnt suspended for elbowing Vancouvers Shawn Matthias in the head with a dirty blatant elbow this past Saturday. Now Vancouver has one of its hottest players out with a concussion. Its pretty infuriating when we see Alex Burrows get two games for a much less dangerous hit, then Robidas gets away with a dirty, blatant elbow to the head. Whats wrong with this league? Ted Goodsell Airdrie, Alberta Ted: You are one of four fans that dropped this question in the Cmon Ref mail bag just last night who are curious as to why no suspension was imposed to Stephane Robidas after he elbowed Shawn Matthias in a play that resulted in concussion-like symptoms to the Vancouver player. The Player Safety Committee has a series of criteria to determine a hit they deem to be worthy of a suspension. You can find various examples and explanations in tutorial videos contained on the NHL.com player safety website. The committee, headed by Stephane Quintal, attempt to rule in a fair and consistent manner based on the criteria they have been handed. This is certainly no easy task and every decision (or non-decision) they make is closely scrutinized by team personnel, the media and fans alike. Every play is different and must be judged on its own merit. In many situations it appears to me that too narrow a margin exists between determining an illegal play worthy of a penalty imposed by the referee in the game or elevated to a suspension after the fact with regard to player safety. Even though this was an elbow infraction, rule 48 is the modern day standard bearer for illegal contact to the head. The rule provides a list of criteria that not only defines an illegal check to the head but offers caveats or exemptions that carry forward and become part of the criteria used by the Player Safety Committee to determine suspensions. Critical to their consideration is if an opponents head was the mmain point of contact and especially whether the player attempted to hit squarely through the opponents body and the head was not picked as a result of poor timing, poor angle of approach, or unnecessary extension of the body upward or outward. Harrison Barnes College Jersey. This is certainly an abundance of verbiage to digest when breaking down hits that result in varying degrees of contact to the head of a player. It is my opinion that too many caveats are being considered for not suspending a player when significant contact to the head results from a high, illegal hit. As we look at a couple of different angles when Robidas initiated contact with Matthias we are presented with evidence that would most likely have been strongly considered by the P.S.C. to determine a suspension was not warranted to the Toronto player. The camera shot from the stands, looking through the back of Matthias, indicates that Robidas elevated arm/elbow appears to make initial contact just below the chin (neck area) of the Vancouver player. As Robidas initiates contact his upper body slides off the centre mass of his opponent and results in Matthias head becoming the main point of contact with the right-back shoulder and upper tricep of Robidas. The cross ice shot is somewhat more incriminating that the elbow did some residual damage but it can be argued that Robidas elbow rode up after making initial contact below the chin. In the eye and mind of those responsible for determining a suspension this becomes an illegal elbow worthy of a minor penalty and does not cross the line of the criteria they utilize for the purpose of suspension. Some (or even many of us) wont agree with the rationale or criteria currently being utilized to determine a suspension. Many would suggest it falls short in an effort to hold players accountable for high hits that result in various degrees of contact to the head of an opponent and can result in injury. The General Managers are presently meeting and can recommend changes to this process if they deem them to be warranted. Its their stick and puck and until such time as changes are made it will be business as usual. I wish Shawn Matthias a full and speedy recovery. Authentic Nike Tampa Bay Buccaneers Jerseys Cheap Authentic Nike Tennessee Titans Jerseys Cheap Authentic Nike Washington Redskins Jerseys Cheap Authentic Nike Arizona Cardinals Jerseys Cheap Authentic Nike Denver Broncos Jerseys Cheap Authentic Nike Green Bay Packers Jerseys Cheap Authentic Nike Los Angeles Chargers Jerseys Cheap Authentic Nike New England Patriots Jerseys Cheap Authentic Nike Oakland Raiders Jerseys Cheap Authentic Nike Seattle Seahawks Jerseys Cheap Authentic Nike Carolina Panthers Jerseys Cheap Authentic Nike Cleveland Browns Jerseys Cheap Cheap Throwback Baseball Arizona Diamondbacks Jerseys Cheap Throwback Baseball Atlanta Braves Jerseys Cheap Throwback Baseball Baltimore Orioles Jerseys Cheap Throwback Baseball Boston Red Sox Jerseys Cheap Throwback Baseball Chicago Cubs Jerseys Cheap Throwback Baseball Chicago White Sox Jerseys Cheap Throwback Baseball Cincinnati Reds Jerseys Cheap Throwback Baseball Cleveland Indians Jerseys ' ' '

    • Ann Arbor, MI (SportsNetwork. Jeremy Lin Jersey .com) - Jim Harbaugh was introduced Tuesday as the new football coach at the University of Michigan. Interim athletic director Jim Hackett made it official at a press conference, two days after Harbaugh departed as the head coach of the NFLs San Francisco 49ers. Hackett said it was a seven-year contract and various reports indicate it to be worth about $5 million per season plus incentives. We are excited to have Jim come home and lead our football program into the future, said Hackett on Tuesday. Since retiring from playing in the NFL, Jim has worked hard to become one of the elite coaches in the profession. He has been successful at every coaching stop and has done an exceptional job of molding and developing young men as football players, students and citizens. We believe that Jim is the perfect individual to balance the academic and athletic expectations that come with representing this football program and university. Harbaugh called his return to Michigan a third Homecoming. His father was an assistant coach at Michigan under Bo Schembechler from 1973-79, and Harbaugh was a quarterback for the legendary coach from 1983-86. Throughout my life I have dreamed of coaching at the University of Michigan, said Harbaugh on Tuesday. Now its time to live that. Harbaugh played 14 seasons in the NFL before embarking on a coaching career that also included collegiate stops at San Diego and Stanford before his highly successful four-year run with the 49ers. After a 29-6 record in three years at San Diego, he turned the Stanford program into a Pac-12 powerhouse. The Cardinal went 29-21 in his four years, including a 12-1 mark with an Orange Bowl victory in 2010. The 49ers didnt have a losing season under Harbaugh, reaching the NFC title game in each of his first three seasons with a Super Bowl appearance after the 2012 campaign. San Francisco lost that Super Bowl to Baltimore, coached by his brother John. This years 49ers team went just 8-8 amid swirling rumors all season over his job security. Harbaugh will become the 20th head coach in Michigan history and will replace Brady Hoke, who was fired in early December after a 5-7 season. Hoke was 31-20 during his Michigan tenure, losing more games each year following an 11-2 debut in 2011. Im honored and humbled, said Harbaugh, who will be the sixth former Michigan player to lead college footballs winningest program. Harbaugh was one of the most efficient passers in NCAA history during his time at Michigan, leading the nation in passing efficiency in 1985. He led the Wolverines to a 21-3-1 record as a full-time starter during his final two seasons, including a pair of victories against rivals Michigan State and Ohio State. Michigans last two coaches, Hoke and Rich Rodriguez, were a combined 2-12 against the Wolverines biggest rivals over the past seven years. Miles Plumlee Jersey .ca! Watch all the drama of the NBA Draft Lottery unfold on TSN and TSN GO live NOW. The draft lottery is tonight, a night some teams appeared to be aiming toward for months during a season that featured plenty of talking about tanking. The winner gets the No. 1 pick in next months draft, when an Andrew Wiggins or Jabari Parker might make this seasons misery worth it. Its a potential make-or-break night for some teams, which is why a program about the results of a random drawing ends up as the prime-time lead-in for Game 2 of the Eastern Conference finals. "To me its part of the mystery and part of the enjoyment in seeing whos right, whos wrong," Commissioner Adam Silver said recently. "Will these perceived great players coming into the draft really be in a position to turn around teams? So its part of the fun." The Bucks and 76ers sure are enjoying it, and trying to get their fans in on the good times. Theres a viewing party in Milwaukee where all fans get a pingpong ball. The 76ers were giving away a trip to New York, where they were to be represented on stage by Hall of Famer Julius "Dr. J." Erving. Silver is aware of the tanking speculation and uneasy that fans might think NBA teams were willing to take their money without caring if they win the games. But he understands that teams sometimes need to rebuild, and that may mean going straight to the bottom if they think thats the quickest route to the top. "The jury is out on the strategy and I think that makes for good copy as well. Im intrigued," Silver said. "I read both sides of it in terms of, is that the right way to build a team, what impact does it have on culture, can you rebuild a team in two years, can you rebuild in three years, whats the track record of teams trying to do that," Silver added, "and I am mindful that in a leaague of 30 teams that were also selling competition on a nightly basis and I dont want to create a sense that we want to subject fans to subpar performances because dont worry, its going to be great three years from now. Justin Anderson Jersey. " The Bucks have a 25 per cent chance to win and give incoming new ownership a great welcoming gift. Philadelphia (19.9 per cent), Orlando (15.6) and Utah (10.4) have the next-best chances, with longtime powerhouses Boston and the Lakers behind them after rare poor seasons. But this was a season where for some teams, a job well done meant doing their jobs poorly. After a forgettable draft in 2013, this one is considered much more promising, good enough that some teams which knew they werent going to win decided they would be better off if they lost. Philadelphia owner Joshua Harris even called his teams season a "huge success" after its 19-63 record included a 26-game skid that matched the longest in NBA history. The Sixers may have topped the list, but they were hardly alone among suspected tankers this season. "I thought it was pretty crazy that teams were doing that. But theyre saying this is going to be one of the toughest draft classes since 2003," Indiana University star Noah Vonleh said. That class produced LeBron James, Dwyane Wade, Chris Bosh and Carmelo Anthony, so if this draft really is that good, its hard to blame any teams for trying to get to the top of it. The fact that so many did has sparked new calls to change the lottery process so as to not invite tanking. Silver said it will be looked at over the summer, but as the lottery turns 30, there isnt a perfect idea for how to run it. "I think for us, weve got to make sure we understand whether theres an aberration here because of the perception of a particular draft class, whether indeed there is a better way of do it," Silver said, "because of course at the same time you want to properly align incentives, but the very purpose of the draft is to help the worst teams restock." Authentic Nike Tampa Bay Buccaneers Jerseys Cheap Authentic Nike Tennessee Titans Jerseys Cheap Authentic Nike Washington Redskins Jerseys Cheap Authentic Nike Arizona Cardinals Jerseys Cheap Authentic Nike Denver Broncos Jerseys Cheap Authentic Nike Green Bay Packers Jerseys Cheap Authentic Nike Los Angeles Chargers Jerseys Cheap Authentic Nike New England Patriots Jerseys CheapAuthentic Nike Oakland Raiders Jerseys Cheap Authentic Nike Seattle Seahawks Jerseys Cheap Authentic Nike Carolina Panthers Jerseys Cheap Authentic Nike Cleveland Browns Jerseys Cheap Cheap Throwback Baseball Arizona Diamondbacks Jerseys Cheap Throwback Baseball Atlanta Braves Jerseys Cheap Throwback Baseball Baltimore Orioles Jerseys Cheap Throwback Baseball Boston Red Sox Jerseys Cheap Throwback Baseball Chicago Cubs Jerseys Cheap Throwback Baseball Chicago White Sox Jerseys Cheap Throwback Baseball Cincinnati Reds Jerseys Cheap Throwback Baseball Cleveland Indians Jerseys ' ' '

    • SUNRISE, Fla. Authentic Vlade Divac Jersey . -- With a relatively young team, Florida Panthers general manager Dale Tallon is of the belief that the club needs an experienced coach behind the bench. And with that, Peter Horacheks time as interim coach is over. The Panthers fired Horachek on Tuesday, after Florida went 26-36-4 under him this past season. Horachek had no previous NHL coaching experience before replacing Kevin Dineen on Nov. 8 and while Tallon lauded the interim coachs work with the club, he simply thinks that a change in direction is needed. "We just felt as a group that it wasnt quite the right fit with the direction that were headed in," Tallon said. Tallon said theres no timetable for finding a new coach, other than that the team wants to make a hire before the draft in late June. He said Peter Laviolette -- who was fired by the Philadelphia Flyers after only three games of this season -- is on his list of candidates, and theres also speculation that he could target former Nashville coach Barry Trotz. "Were going to interview every possible candidate and take our time and make the right decision," Tallon said. Horachek had been the coach of Floridas AHL affiliate in San Antonio before being summoned to lead the Panthers. Tallon said Horachek will not remain with the organization in any capacity. The team will urge the next coach to keep assistant coaches John Madden and Brian Skrudland, both of whom Tallon has in high regard. Horacheks fate was decided in the last few days and he accepted the move when told Tuesday in a "classy" manner, Tallon said. The coaching decision is one of many changes for the Panthers in recent months, with more moves coming. The team was bought last fall by New York businessman Vincent Viola, had a change in the executive ranks when Michael Yormark left as team president earlier this year, and the Panthers brought back longtime fan favourite Roberto Luongo late in this season. Plus, the team has stockpiled plenty of picks in the next two drafts and won the right to draft No. 1 overall this year. "Were not starting over," Tallon said. "Weve got a lot of young players on our team now, well have a few more added each year as we move forward and now we have to surround them with the right NHL players and pieces that we will attack in free agency or by trading some of these assets that we have." The Panthers have had seven different coaches in their last 10 seasons, with Dineen the only one in the group to take Florida to the playoffs. And the next coach will be Tallons third since he took over in Florida. Hes hoping history repeats itself with this move. Tallon was most recently the GM in Chicago and his third coach there was Joel Quenneville -- who led the Blackhawks to Stanley Cup titles in 2010 and 2013. "It took me three in Chicago to get it right," Tallon said. "So its not an easy task. Its all about getting it right. Yeah, its important. Thats why were going to take our time and really investigate and interview various candidates and do our homework and try to get the right fit." Florida finished with the second-lowest point total in the NHL this season and missed the playoffs for the 12th time in 13 seasons. The Panthers last won a playoff series in 1996, the year they lost to Colorado in the Stanley Cup finals. "He did a good job," Tallon said of Horachek. "He came in a worked hard and tried to turn things around in a hurry." Florida ranked 29th in the 30-team NHL in goals scored this season, plus were abysmal on special teams. The Panthers ranked last in the league with a 10 per cent power-play success rate -- the worst percentage posted by any team since 2000-01 -- along with a 76 per cent penalty-kill rate. The Panthers were out of the playoff race early once again, finishing 27 points out of the eighth and last post-season spot in the Eastern Conference. Authentic Yogi Ferrell Jersey . The deal was confirmed by the team on Tuesday night. Earlier in the day, outfielder Jason Heyward and the Braves agreed to a $13.3 million, two-year contract. Heyward and Freeman had filed for salary arbitration last month. The 24-year-old Freeman was an All-Star last year when he hit .319 with 23 homers and 109 RBIs. He matched his career high in home runs and set highs in batting average and RBIs which finishing fifth in NL MVP voting. He has topped 20 home runs in three straight seasons. "Freddie has established himself as one of the best young talents in the game," Braves general manager Frank Wren said. "We are excited to sign one of our own homegrown players to a contract that will keep him in a Braves uniform for the next eight seasons." Closer Craig Kimbrel is the Braves only player left in arbitration. Heyward, also 24, and Freeman are key members of the Braves core of young stars. Kimbrel, shortstop Andrelton Simmons, outfielder Justin Upton and starting pitchers Julio Teheran and Mike Minor are 26 or younger. Evan Gattis, 27, is replacing Brian McCann as the starting catcher. Heyward was happy to avoid arbitration. "In my head it basically says to me, lets go play some baseball," he said. Heyward is coming off an injury-filled season, and Wren said the relative lack of playing time complicated the arbitration process and helped make the two-year contract possible. Heyward hit .254 with 14 homers and 38 RBIs in a career-low 104 games during his fourth season with the Braves. He had an appendectomy on April 22 and broke his jaw on Aug. 21 when he was hit by a pitch from New York Mets left-hander Jon Niese. "Last year was such a tough year physically, through no fault of his own, with the appendectomy and getting hit in the face," Wren said. "So it also made it tough for both sides in an arbitration situation because its hard to pin a number when youre comparing to players who played a lot more." Heywardd said he has moved past his injuries. Authentic Justin Jackson Jersey. "Physically, I feel great, being 24 years old and being blessed with some genetics to go along with that," he said. "Im growing up still in this game and Im looking forward to what my body is going to allow me to do going forward." Heywards deal calls for a $1 million signing bonus, payable in equal installments on May 1 and July 1, and salaries of $4.5 million this year and $7.8 million in 2015. The 2015 salary would escalate based on a points system for 2014 accomplishments, going up $500,000 for 20 points and then by $25,000 for each additional point. Heyward would earn 10 points each for 502 plate appearances, All-Star game selection, a Gold Glove award, a Silver Slugger award and finishing 11th-to-20th in MVP voting. He would receive 15 points for 6th-to-10th in MVP, 25 points for third-to-fifth and 35 points for first or second. Heyward enjoyed his best season in 2012, when he hit .269 and set career highs with 27 homers, 82 RBIs and 21 stolen bases. Heywards injuries did not prevent him from showcasing his versatility. A 2012 Gold Glove winner in right field, Heyward started 20 games in centre last year. He spent most of the season hitting second in the order before he was moved to the leadoff spot by manager Fredi Gonzalez on July 27. Over his next 22 games, Heyward hit .349 with five homers, 15 RBIs and 23 runs. Heyward is projected as Atlantas leadoff hitter. "He provides a great presence," Wren said. "The one thing we saw, especially after Fredi moved him to the leadoff spot, it allowed him to utilize his speed, it allowed him to utilize his ability to get on base even to a greater degree. "I think other teams felt pressure from the very first pitch of the game, because all of a sudden now youve got a 6-foot-6, 230-pound leadoff hitter that can do some damage from the get-go. That came back to us time and time again, that theres no let up. It starts right away." Heyward is eligible for free agency after the 2015 season. The 2012 Vezina Trophy winner rebounded from a poor game with 31 saves and Rick Nash scored his second goal of the season to lift the New York Rangers over the Florida Panthers 5-2 on Wednesday night. Lundqvist was back in net after getting pulled from a 5-0 loss at Tampa Bay on Monday, when he gave up four goals in two periods. "I just tried to play my game tonight. It was important for me and the team to bounce back with a solid performance," Lundqvist said. "Im happy with the way I played." It didnt seem anyones confidence in Lundqvist was shaken. "Thats what I expected from him," Rangers coach Alain Vigneault said. "Hes a world-class goaltender, strong mentally. I didnt think the game in Tampa was a 5-0 game and tonight obviously we could have played stronger in some situations, but when we did have a breakdown we had a goaltender that made some saves." Mats Zuccarello, Brad Richards and Derick Brassard also scored for the Rangers. Carl Hagelin added an empty-net goal with 24 seconds left. Nick Bjugstad and Scottie Upshall scored in the third period for Florida. Tim Thomas allowed four goals on 21 shots. After the Panthers scored twice to cut their deficit to one, Zuccarellos power-play goal made it 4-2 with 1:28 left. The Rangers improved to 3-1 on their five-game road trip. The five goals tied their season high. With a 3-0 lead, it seemed Lundqvist was cruising toward a shutout. But two Panthers goals late in the third made it close. Florida cut it to 3-1 on Upshalls backhander in front with 7:32 left. Upshall has eight points in his past eight games. Bjugstad brought the puck through the neutral zone and put it in from the left side at 16:17 to close to 3-2. "We did a good job of coming back," Upshall said. "It was a big effort." The Panthers couldnt score again, and the Rangers scored twice in the final 1:28 to put the game away. "I wouldnt say it was one of our best games, but at the end of the day we found a way to win," Vigneault said. "And finding ways to win is the goaltender making some key saves at the right moment; we got that." Florida is 0-2 against the Rangers this season. "We werent good in certain areas," coach Peter Horachek said. "We turned pucks over when we shouldnt. We didnt manage when we should." Nashs third-period goal put New York ahead 3-0. Nash, who missed 17 games with a concussion this season, got control of the puck in the neutral zone and his wrist shot from the slot beat Thomas on the stick side at 5:32. "It was a weird game. The main thing is we got the job done on the road," Nash said. The Rangers took a 1-0 lead on Brassards power-play goal in the first. Brassard took a pass from Zuccarello in the slot and tipped it past Thomas glove at 12:13. Brassards goal was his fifth of the season and second in 10 games. The Rangers were 0 for 9 on the power play in their previous two games. New York stretched its lead to 2-0 on Richards goal late in the second period. Richards shot from the right circle went through the legs of two Panthers defenders and Thomas at 18:53. Richards has a team-high seven goals. NOTES: Rangers forward Taylor Pyatt returned to the lineup after missing eight games with a concussion. ... Panthers C Jesse Winchester missed his third game with a lower-body injury. Nike Air Max Offerta .
