      Saturday that snapped a four-g

ST. Air Max Nz Sale . LOUIS -- Francisco Liriano wasnt feeling well. First came a nosebleed, then the Pirates pitcher felt dizzy at the plate before flying out to end the second inning. Liriano was getting hooked up to an IV to deal with flu-like symptoms when the Pittsburgh Pirates bullpen stepped up big-time in a 6-1 victory over the St. Louis Cardinals on Saturday that snapped a four-game losing streak. Waiting to be taken out in the third inning, the lefty was bent over, hands on his knees. "I just feel dizzy, weak and dizzy," Liriano said after the game. "I dont know. I just feel sick." Gaby Sanchez had two RBIs in a four-run fourth inning and five relievers combined to work seven strong innings, with key outs from rookie Stolmy Pimentel and Jared Hughes against Yadier Molina. "Pimentel pitched as big an inning as weve had pitched for us all year in the third," manager Clint Hurdle said. "You had 40-plus on their feet, a 3-2 count on Molina, on jersey day. "To get the swing and miss and then carry it deeper, a big-time push from Stolmy." Matt Holliday had an RBI double for the Cardinals, who have mustered five runs in their last six games. They got three hits and a run after Liriano left and got beat by an over-shifted defence, too, when Matt Adams lined out to shortstop Jordy Mercer stationed right behind the second-base bag with a man on third in the seventh. "Were just not clicking," said leadoff man Matt Carpenter, who was 0 for 3 with two walks. "Were having good at-bats, guys are competing, but stuff just isnt falling in for us. "Its just the way its going right now." Molina was a bust on his jersey giveaway day, striking out with the bases loaded to end the third against Pimentel (2-0) and popping out with runners on second and third to end the fifth against Hughes. He entered batting .431 during a 15-game hitting streak. Andrew McCutchen and Jose Tabata each added an RBI off Tyler Lyons (0-2) in the fourth, with the first four runners reaching safely after the lefty opened with three perfect innings. Tabata totalled three hits and is a career .345 hitter at Busch Stadium. "He continues to find a way to find hits in this ballpark," Hurdle said. "Hes really been a solid offensive ballplayer for us here." The Pirates have scored seven runs while Liriano was in the game in his six starts. They jumped into gear the inning after the lefty was taken out en route to just their third win in their last 10 games. "That one inning obviously changes the whole day," Lyons said. "The one inning, thats a killer." Hurdle said there were no health concerns at the start of the game and noted, "the first two innings were pretty crisp and clean." "It just snowballed on him," the manager added. Pittsburgh also has struggled offensively, totalling four runs during its losing streak, and got shut out 1-0 in the series opener Friday. "We got some key hits that we havent been getting," Gaby Sanchez said. "We were finally able to put something together and get some runs across. It was good to get the lead and stay ahead." Liriano walked Lyons to start the third and was behind 3-0 against leadoff man Matt Carpenter before meeting with a trainer on the mound, and then departing. Tony Sanchez added a two-run single in the ninth off Eric Fornatoro after striking out his first three at-bats. NOTES: Cardinals ace Adam Wainwright (4-1, 1.46) is set to work the finale against Edinson Volquez (1-1, 1.93) after tweaking his right knee in his last start. ... Adams made an outstanding diving catch at 1B to rob Pimentel of an opposite-field line drive hit in the fifth. ... Jhonny Peralta hit his 300th career double off Justin Wilson in the seventh. ... Allen Craig singled in four trips and is 1 for 18 against the Pirates this year. Air Max Nz Online . Amare Stoudemire had 22 points and 10 rebounds, Carmelo Anthony scored 21 and the New York Knicks won their eighth straight game, 93-92 over Philadelphia on Friday night, sending the Sixers to their 23rd straight loss. Air Max Clearance Nz .com) - It appears both the Houston Rockets and Chicago Bulls will reach the playoffs, but the two squads are coming off losing efforts.WINNIPEG -- Winnipeg head coach Mike OShea isnt just disappointed that the Blue Bombers lost. OShea disliked the Blue Bombers performance in a 26-3 to the Edmonton Eskimos on Thursday in front of Winnipegs largest home crowd of the season. "The biggest disappointment, besides teammates thinking they let down teammates, is having a crowd like that and putting that kind of effort forward," said OShea, as the Bombers fell to 3-1. The crowd at Investors Group Field topped 30,000 for the first time this season with 30,976 in attendance to watch the Eskimos claim sole possession of first place in the CFL West at 4-0. A scrambling Mike Reilly may have been the difference maker. He rushed for a team leading 96 yards in a game where defences on both sides were making life hard for offences. "It was a long night for both offences, I think," said the Eskimos quarterback, sacked four times to five for Winnipegs Drew Willy. Reilly was held to one offensive touchdown, with another scored by the defence and the rest of Edmontons points coming from Grant Shaw field goals. Winnipeg had only one field goal from Liram Hajrullahu and he hit a post on another try. "Both those defences are really good," said Reilly. "Even in the first half we had some good drives that we didnt finish off. So, certainly, we like to come away with touchdowns rather than field goals but the way our defence is playing right now, its enough to get the win." Slotback Fred Stamps, one of the teams best and most consistent receivers, was injured in the game and coach Chris Jones said later he was still being evaluated. He left the field after the game on a stretcher with an oxygen mask on and was taken to a Winnipeg hospital for precautionary testing. "It was a physical night for both sides and again our quarterback got tested a time too many (but) again hes a physical big quarterback and thats what he does, hes a winner," said Jones. "They were 3-0 for a reason. Theyre a good football team and theyve got great schemes and things of that nature and we had to go out and earn that win." OShea said the way Reilly slipped tackles time and time again showed the Bombers his power, something they knew he had workked on in the off-season. Wholesale Air Max Nz. "Yeah hes strong and tough," said OShea. "We underestimated him and give him that credit and when we look at the film well be disappointed we didnt squeeze a little harder and bring him down." That said, the defence kept the Bombers in the game. Winnipegs offence had the ball for just 21:34 to Edmontons 38:26. But in the first and final quarters, when the Eskimos scored 20 of their points, the Bombers had the ball for less than seven of those minutes. "We never got a rhythm going," said Willy. "We left our defence out there. They played really well. Anytime you dont possess the ball very much its tough to put points on the board." He was wearing an ice bag on his left ankle but said he wasnt hurt that badly and it wont affect his ability to play next week in B.C. Edmontons only touchdown in almost 50 minutes of football came from the defence on a first-quarter interception, carried in by former Bomber bad boy Odell Willis. But despite some solid drives (Edmonton had 24 first downs to Winnipegs 11) all the Eskimos offence could muster were field goals until the fourth quarter. With Stamps injured, Reilly finally connected with A.J. Guyton with a 13-yard throw to make it 20-3 with about 10 minutes left, the first and only touchdown by the offence. He said Stamps would have drawn more coverage. The Bomber offence had hardly touched the ball until Nic Grigsby gave them a first down with just over two minutes left in the second quarter. Willy followed with a 50-yard throw to Clarence Denmark but he was sacked on the next play and Denmark couldnt hold it in the end zone on a touchdown try, forcing Winnipeg to settle for a field goal. Notes: The last time an unbeaten Winnipeg and Edmonton tussled for first in the West early in the season was in 1961. Edmonton won that game but Winnipeg went on to win the Grey Cup. ... Zach Anderson had two of Winnipegs four sacks and picked up what initially looked like a fumble deep in Edmonton turf on Thursday, although it was ruled down by contact. Willie Jefferson had two of Edmontons four sacks. Regular punter Mike Renaud hurt himself during the warmup leaving Hajrullahu to handle punts as well. Wholesale China Jerseys Wholesale Jerseys Wholesale Authentic Jerseys Nike NFL Jerseys China Wholesale Nike Basketball Jerseys Hockey Jerseys China Supply Baseball Jerseys Football Jerseys Sale Authentic College Jerseys MLB Jerseys China Stitched Soccer Jerseys Cheap Jerseys From China Cheap Nike Jerseys ' ' '
