Earlier in the week, ESPN’s Adam Schefter and Chris Mortensen reported that the Philadelphia Eagles plan to use the franchise tag on Foles, and then trade him away, with Jacksonville being the Philly’s preferred trade destination for Foles — not only keeping him out of the NFC East division Abry Jones Jersey , but keeping him out of the entire National Football Conference. Now ESPN is doubling down on its belief that Foles will play his home games at TIAA Bank Field in 2019.
